Pain while passing stools requires avoiding constipation. Continue the same treatment you are currently taking. Additionally, apply Anovate cream to the anal region.
Next Steps
If it is bleeding and painful, surgical management is required; otherwise, symptomatic treatment is sufficient

Pain while passing stools is mostly likely it is Anal fissure. Treatment is to apply ointment nifidipine or dilitzaem on anal region twice a day...one after bath and other before sleep. Do this for 2 months ..if not satisfactory there is a need to operate. Use stool softener daily according to stool form.
Next Steps
If bleeding happens ..use transxemic acid drug and consult doctor again physically
