Piles or something else
I have been experiencing the following problems: I have developed small warts (skin growths) around the outside of my anal area. There is a large swelling or mass in the center (as shown in the attached photo). please examine this and let me know if this is piles or something else? Will this require medication or surgery

Yes it looks like piles only. First you can try conservative management with medication. Even though if it is not resolving then you can go for surgery. Do you have any other skin issues at perianal region?
