Hello Doctor, I am suffering from severe pain on Right side of Neck. Horrible sprain from 7 days. This started in my sleep. Unable to turn my head. Tried painkillers (acetofenac, diclofenac and paracetamol) also volini spray, intagesic spray. But no relief. Also tried sleeping with no pillow. Not sure whom to approach. Dear sir/ mam, diclofenac potassium paracetamol & chlorzoxazone is safe pain reliver for kidney & other problem i am take this medicine 2 to 3 days one tablet is that safe for my health i am suffering from back pain problem from last 10 years all test reports & mri is normal please help can i take this medicine for sos thanks.

My Lowe right 2nd molar was extracted. Old case of RCT. Severe pain even after 4 days. Dentist says it's healing. I have been taking Diclofenac injection twice a day to bear the pain. I doubt if it's actually fine. Some wise healer , kindly advise.

My son is 11 years old. He scratched pimple near his lips...then next day there was swelling near pimple when he woke up...it is increasing day by day....swelling area is red and hard.....major influence on lips and left cheek....no pain in teeth.. Taking...Amoxicillin and Diclofenac....but no reduction in swelling...

I am having muscle pain in my right forearm and upper arm. In upper arm, I'm experiencing pain only in biceps. Both front and back muscles are paining in forearm. No relief from application of diclofenac ointment. I'm unable to stretch my right arm fully. I'm having exams from Wednesday. Please suggest me a solution to my problem. Thank you.

I had cough and cold few months back around nov last year and it took around one month to get recovered however since to that date I have been suffering from joint muscle pain especially in both knee joints recently I checked with general physician in practo and said suffering from fibromyalgia and told me to take several CBC blood test which came normal every time and told me to take diclofenac sr 100 daily once after two weeks suggested to take diclofenac with PCM 50/500mg day and night I had more pain initially then I stopped after two three days stared taking regularly and now feel more better but still I feel some sort of burning pain and inflammation sensation when I sit and sleep and feel that day by day I feel better. My ques is so I need to continue to take with that medicine or suggest any natural remedy to my pain away because I have been struggling more than four months and recently had more pain but feel relaxed now

My colleague had viral fever a week back and I too got infected by it 4 days back. Went to the doctor and when he checked it was 39.7 degree C. So he prescribed some medicine and advised to come back if I still had the symptoms after 2 days i.e., yesterday. But yesterday I was feeling lively and energetic and the fever was gone so I just took diclofenac medicine and stopped the paracetamol. So I put on the AC and went to sleep. But suddenly I woke up in the middle of the night with some temperature same as it was when I had the viral fever a few days back. This isn't that severe as body pain is less but I can feel the temperature inside. I immediately took one paracetamol now. What might be the reason for this? Should I consult the doctor again or continue with the same medication? The medicine which were prescribed were paracetamol, diclofenac and levofoxacon.

I have been suffering from foreskin tightness for a few days, before that my fore skin was good to retract. But after some laceration on foreskin leads to tightness on that and now it's difficult to retract over. 10 days back i did piles removal surgery, I'm taking pain killers like tramadol, diclofenac and some times nimesulide; so i haven't mind it for sometime but now this becomes major in routine. Sir/ma'am Last 3 days I have been experiencing a lot of symptoms. The first day started with very mild fever of 99 than I had vomit in the evening and fever was gone. Day 2 I had loose motions and fever 100.5 and now on Day 3 i have loose motions without fever and no vomit. I am passing my stool twice/day and it's mostly liquidish. Kindly guide what disease i may be suffering from and what test to do. Ps: I took Pcm+diclofenac 250gm  and Sporlac DS today only. Earlier two days were without medicine.

My wife has muscle spasm / stiffness and pain. She is on breastfeeding of 9 months baby girl. Can she take Dan MR ( Diclofenac, Paracetamol, and Chlorzoxazone.) Tablet ? I mean is it safe to take Dan MR while breastfeeding? We are new parents so little bit anxious. So i thought I should ask Expert who is pediatrician doctor.
