Any suggestions There is some pain and any open my mouth wisely. Taking Medicini ( diclofenac solium paracetamol) thrice a day. It's been 2 days m taking medicine.. there is some relief in pain but it's bleeding right now.

I am having stiff neck pain on left side ..Which goes up to to my eyes ..Forehead..On only left side ..When I sleep or lie down on bed ..It is gone..When I m sitting ..For 10-15mins ..It comes back ..I had pain killer diclofenac..And massage as well...Plz guide what to do ?

I have been having high fever with chills I was given diclofenac by a local consultant as I couldn't reach out to physician as it was a Sunday... Despite that I am still having high fever in intervals accompanied with chills and chest pain... Whar shall I do next?

I am 65year old female. Having knee joint pain from the past one week on right leg. Sometimes knee gets swollen. I took some pain killer medicines and applied diclofenac gel but no relief. Kindly help.

Three years ago when I took Ibuprofen 400mg,I got stomach burning after 12 hours (possible gastritis/ulcer) and after 24 hours also vomiting. This time, I took diclofenac 50mg in the morning and also added Ranitidine 150 mg along with it. Also took it with food. But still, i got stomach burn after 12 hours. I was still yet to take my second dose of diclofenac with Rantac 150 again but this burning episode happened even before that. I have 2 questions 1. Is my stomach too damn sensitive? 2. Or its that the rantidine effect ceases after 12 hours , thats the reason i got stomach burn? But to my knowledge in 12 hours even diclofenac 50 mg dose should have left the body causing no more prostanglandin disruption. 3. How long a single tablet of nsaid disrupts the protective layer ? 4. Will ppi be a sureshot solution? As 1 tab lasts 24 hours . 5. PPI should be taken single dose in the morning followed by the diclofenac twice a day. Or ppi should be b.i.d as well each time with diclofenac?

I have back pain in left side hip joint I can't understand what is this when I rub diclofenac  gel pain is gone Again 8 to 12 hours same situation in pain I can't face this I am teacher in govt schools no travelling distance for my school

I goto the general medicine doctor Suggest for Clavam 625 for 2times 5 day Diclofenac sodium 50 2 times 3 day And omez...20 Can you please suggest something...
