Taken medication includes Amoxclav 2 a day, Citrazene evening and Diclofenac/paracetamol. Ambroxol doesnt suits.

I feel constant dull aching pain in left side of back from 20days. Sometimes it feel in front side at same point. Feel dull pain when I sleep on left side . No other symptoms . Consulted with local physician they given tab aciloc and diclofenac but no results.
