Can I skip painkillers ?
I have left testicle pain and later got piles. Doctor said to take
metronidazole 400mg(mrng,afrnun,night),
ciprofloxacin 500mg(mrng,night),
diclofenac sodium 100mg(mrng,night),
pcm 500mg(mrng,aftrnun,night),
Doxycycline 100mg(mrng,night),
lactulose syrup(mrng,afrnun,night)
can I skip pcm and diclofenac ?

If you can bear pain you can skip all pain killers after 3 days. No need to Doxicycline. All medicines to be stopped after 5-7 days. If the stools is soft avoid Lactulose syrup.

If u are not having any pain for now , then u can skip taking the pain killer
