Slip and fall on ground backside down
I slipped and fell on ground and got injured. Now I have heavy pain below shoulder and in hip. I have applied diclofenac sodium gel and taken diclofenac sodium tablet suggested by my friend who is a doctor but I am still feeling too much pain after 24 hours. Kindly suggest what to do.

I took diclofenac this afternoon around 1pm for my foot pain. It is now 10pm and experiencing menstrual cramps so i took Maxidol (10:30pm) i just realized that maxidol contains naproxen and the pharmacist told me not to take it with diclofenac.... So now im scared of what might happen
