Can i take pain killer diclofenac with ascitalopram tablet because i have neck pain. And i am taking antidepressant from 10 days. Can i take pain killer with it.

You need to decrease dose of either of the drug as they have synergistic action. In case you have injury where there is severe bleeding, you need to stop both thw drugs immediately.
