My mother had a knee surgery 3 month back. She is going through physical physiotherapy but her legs have severe swelling and pain.she isnt able to do exercise for 2 days because of it. Which painkiller would be best for inflammation and pain.She is taking diclofenac tablet right now once a day.

Sudden lower back sprain.
My wife received sudden back sprain when she was trying to reach out for something and since three days she is on muscle relaxants, diclofenac and paracetamol. Also on cold/ice pads and using belt.
