After Chemotherapy lower back pain
50 yrs female who underwent 3rd chemo for large intestine, rectum malignancy suffering with lower back pain since a week after 3rd chemo and light swelling above buttocks ie in between lower backbone and bumps. she is having intolerable pain on back and pain is radiating to vagina. Inspite of taking good food .but some times she is unable to eat and vomits. What to do? She is crying with pain. Why like this sir? Any medicine for her pain management. Patient stays at Eluru and her chemos at Guntur GG hospital.she can't even travel at present pandemic situation . Surgery is not yet done. Pl suggest the medicine . Can you suggest what to be done for her. Her bowls also bit tight in this week, and they inserted dulcolox suppository medicine suggested last time. Pl let me know the solution for her swelling and lower back pain. Diclofenac sodium 50mg for back pain was suggested by doctor at Guntur G.G. Hospitals, It is not giving relief not working in her case .Please advice

Please consult a local palliative care specialist He ll guide regarding pain Consult ur local oncologist if radiation can be given for pain relief All these medicines have to be given under medical supervision
