There is slight pain  just above the angle of mandible and in front of auricle...on left side actually it's midway between the angle of mandible and auricle...it's slightly tender on tapping...and I feel the same pain was radiating slightly to my upper teeth on left side..2 days back...but now I don't feel any pain in the upper teeth...but I feel like my left ear is slightly paining because of using headphones always...so I have stopped using them since 2 days...but I don't understand why is it paining infront of auricle just above the angle of mandible...first I thought it's bone pain...but it doesn't seem exactly like bone pain...it's weird kind of pain...I don't understand why it's all of sudden...never experienced this before...first time...and also...only since 2 days and sudden in onset...no other symptoms...I have taken diclofenac only one tablet each day...becz I initially thought it was something related to.teeth...but it's not...is there any suggestion...and what medicines?

Hi, I have been dealing with knee burning happen and seeing from last September. Been to an Ortho and had MRI. MRI says patella subluxation and patella alta. Started PT. Going to PT from last November. No improvement in my symptoms. I still have the burning pain above the knee and swelling. PT told me to see a sports medicine doctor. I saw him. He said it's functional and my patella is high. He said, Only PT can help and prescribed diclofenac sodium 75mg for inflammation. He said there's Inflammation and that could be the reason for this swelling. I am going to same pt now. The current treatment plan is for 4-6 weeks. Going twice a week. I also got shoulder, elbow and wrist pain recently. Doctor said it might tennis elbow or shoulder bursitis or mild carpel tunnel. But pt says it's because of tight trapezius muscle. She want to try dry needling for that. How long does it take to recover from PFPS? Is it normal to have pain for so long? what to do to get back to normal? please help.

I am having pain behind my right shoulder and pain in muscles of my right arm. It is worst in morning after waking up and sometimes pain increases if I turn my head to my right. It gets better if I take diclofenac 100 mg and also gets better if I raise my hand. Range of motion at shoulder joint is normal and grip strength is also normal. But the pain is bothering me a lot. I am not willing to take NSAIDS continually. I got an X ray of shoulder done on suggestion of my diabetologist and it was normal. He just told me to move my arm in all 3 planes 100 times in each plane everyday. Pain on the back of the shoulder improved but the muscle pain in the arm did not improve. I still feel horrible every morning when I wake up from bed or sit in office for prolonged time.                   My questions:- Can u suggest some medicine I can take at night for the pain in morning? Also is it safe to use NSAIDS daily along with zantac? Do I have cervical spondylosis or periarthritis of shoulder?

Doctor, I'm 15 years old, weight 99 KG and height 5 foot 8 inch. I was having abdominal and back pain from last night of the last Wednesday and I was taking three IV injections (Ondansetron twice a day, Esomeprazole twice a day and Tiemonuim Methylsulphate thrice a day) per day. Although the pain in the front side of abdomen was reduced a bit, the back and side pain of the stomach wasn't going away. So, I visited the doctor and he told me to use suppository with generic name (Diclofenac Sodium) for a few days along with the continuation of the injections and some other medications. USG and XRAY reports came clear with no problem.  After taking the suppository just one time, the pain reduced much. I'm taking this suppository twice per day from Saturday night. I discontinued the suppository today morning and started to feel a little pain in the back and abdominal side. What should I do, doctor? How and when should I discontinue the suppository? Please suggest me, please.

Hi, Last 2 days I had lower back & abdomen pain. Hence I visited urologist and get CT KUB scanned. In the report found that 'Mild right hydroureterenophrosis with ureteric calculus'. Size of stone is 7.1x5.6x3.8 mm. Doctor prescribed K-CIT syrup, oxalo & diclofenac tablets. Also I took injection 'Dynapar 75mg IM' twice(mrng & night) yesterday to control pain. Today I didn't face much pain. Can I consider this means stone entered bladder, if there is no pain? Doctor said that there is chances of falling out, if not then we need to take it out. Could you please suggest, based on the size and location. Is there any need of surgery or it can be dissolved with medicines. I am afraid of surgery. What foods are preferred to dissolve stone on its own and fall out? What precautions need to be taken until stone comes out? Thanks & Regards

One of my feet got ran over by a car today . The toes didn't suffer any damage, but the middle portion of my foot is hurting quite a bit. I have difficulty in walking, and i walk with the support of a stick. It was a medium weight 4 seater car. The car was reversing at slow to medium speed and i got ran over by the rear wheels. I also fell because of the impact and my wrist twisted when i landed. Since then my arm is feeling quite tight, like after a heavy workout. I went to the doctor, did the X-ray. The X-ray was fine, no fracture. The doc told me to app ice packs ond the foot and to rest for at least 2 days. He prescribed me Myogrip(Diclofenac Potassium & Trypsin-Chymotrypsin) & Cyra 20(Rabeprazole sodium) tablets for five days, with myogrip twice a day, and the other one once a day. Apart from following the usual RICE method for foot injuries, what should i do. Also,please suggest something for my arm, the tight feeling has persisted.

I have been having chest congestion, chest heaviness, shortness of breath, sometimes suffocation , one time can't see properly (blurred eyes), i have been facing these problems since October 2016 in the starting it was only Shortness of breath then after some time chest problems started now i have been taking some medications from last 2 or 3 months,medications are :- levocetirizine ip 5mg tablets, diclofenac prolonged tablest, ranitidine tablets ip 150mg, amoxyllin capsules 500mg, and other orally liquid syrup, whenever i am taking these medication i do not have any problems but when sometimes i forget to take these medications then the probles started again, my upper body parts (neck, face, head) starting heating up, then suffocation, then i have to take medication to avoid these problems, also i have been having back pain from last 1 month , i had been used many treatment like moov, volini spray but nothing resolved, (i want to tell to that i heavly smoked from 8 years but quit

I am 28 yrs female, with a history of migraine since 10 yrs. Earlier I had taken prophylaxis bt now I am just taking pcm sos , usually get 3 to 4 attacks in a month. On severe days, I need to take inj diclofenac. Since 4 days I am having unilateral left earache, mostly in front of tragus and surrounding external ear. There is heaviness in ear. Relieves on taking pcm but it is getting increased locally. Now I m having pain in temporal areas n mastoid area, left jaw n tooth. Sometimes it leads to whole headache. I am confused if it's because of migraine or cold I had a history of cold n cough last week. Ent doc told me that it is nt related to ear. Is it neuralgia. Or because of cold. Pls suggest. Right now I hv been told to take gabapen n p.cm. Please suggest.

I was diagnosed with Urticaria in 2016, there was 1 episode of periorbital edema with itching. I was prescribed tab Loratidine 10mg and Doxepin 25 mg ,i took these for 6 months . I became asymptomatic for around 5 yrs. Now for the last 5 months I have recurrence of periorbital edema bilateral with itching and redness over face only. Currently I am on tab Loratidine 10mg BD and tab allegra 180 mg( taking since Jan 2025, till date) but due to some discontinuity in dose intake I have suffered recurrence. What should I do, what drug regime should I follow? I have no other comorbidity except ocassional gastritis episodes which get relieved only with (drotin+ Ppi+ Diclofenac tab/ PCM tab) , just taking PPI never works.

All the time Pain on the right thigh, between hip and knee bone, no relief after taking diclofenac tablets, vitamin tablets, many other medicines also, in scanning of thigh and x ray of spine, there is no problem at all. But in MRI it is written as - disc dessication at L4, L5, L5-S1 levels. - diffuse disc bulge at L2, L3 level causing thecal sac compression minimal bilateral neural foramen narrowing . - diffuse disc bulge postereocentral protrusion at L4 L5 levels causing thecal sac compression, impingement on bilateral traversing & exiting nerve roots. - diffuse disc bulge postereocentral protrusion at  L5 S1 levels causing thecal sac compressionbilateral neural foramen narrowing  impingement on bilateral exiting nerve roots.
