One month ago I have seen,I have high blood pressure(145/105).So I visited doctors chamber.He give two medicine telma 40,concor cor2.5.I have checked eco,ecg all are normal. From 14-15 days my hand and legs are shaking,tingling many times without any reason,when I go for sleep my hands become numb.Sometime there is headache on both sides of the head,sometime when staining head.Also for last 2days I have dizziness. I have gone through google is they are brain tumour,parkinson's disease,multiple scleriosis (note:not have diabetes,I didn't smoke or drink)

I have high BP 145/105 and weight 91kg with 5feet 9inches height,for this I consulted with doctor.He gave me medicine(telma40,concor 2.something)also adviced to walk 30 min also maintain a diet chart as well as give me some test pp,ecg,ecocardiogram etc.I tested all and all are ok except triglyceride( 196mg) and pressure is now after taking medicine 130/85. So my question that can I do weight training and also do exercise with resistence band(basically work for chest workout)? My doctor didn't clarify that.

I am suffering from severe symptoms from the last 2 months including, shortness of breath, constant chest pressure, difficulty in exertion, feeling weak. I have done with many test including ecg's, echo, ETT, all blood tests and CT coronary angiography. Severe headaches few years, when i was feeling tired I went and got checked and they diagnosed with high BP in sept 2017. Medication was given Ramistar 5 mg twice daily and concor 2.5 mg and one for cholesterol. Ran all tests including TMT and everything was clean. I was 85 kilos and reduced it to 74 and on strict diet ( no oil and no milk or milk products). My BP goes low to 113/73 and i feel tired. if i dont take medicine i feel ok. Doc says dont reduce. Should i reduce gradually ?

I have been suffering from rapid heart beats and left side chest pains accompanied by dizziness and generalised weakness in limbs for last couple of months almost every other day. I have had my conventional angiogram 6 months back which normal coronaries but have a myocardial bridge which is told something common. I had a TMT an year back which came normal as well. I am on concor 5 mg. Today I have a weird symptom. My morning BP was 117/70 and heart beat was around 80. And all of a sudden I have a pain and weakness in legs and momentarily shock feeling in heart which raised my heart beat and BP to 160/80 and just after 2-3 mins my BP came around 123/82 and HR 80 but weakness in legs and dull left chest ache is there. Is MB causing these symptoms?
