Having Allergic Rhinitis and diagnosed having Recurring Nasal polyp. Severe Nasal congestion. ENTsugeon has given Mometasone spray, Cefpodoxime CV Tab, Mondeslor and Ambroxol tab for two weeks. If not relieved will start oral steroids. Occasionally feeling breathless also. Not a known asthmatic patient. 5 years back I had a surgery for Nasal polyp. I am taking CONCOR 5 Mg ( Bisoprolol ) since last 6 months for hypertension. Do I need to change this medication after consultation with the doctor who prescribed this.

I am having dizziness from april. Its not resolved yet. And I take concor 2.5 for palpitation and bp(between 130/80 to 140/90). Now I am having severe dizziness and heavy back head (both side) pain for past one month. Earlier I took MRI brain on september and report came normal. One of the neurologist asked me to take Mri cervical because i am having headache and neck pain. Today I took MrI and it sayd some disc issue. Kindly look into report and let me know for next steps

Since last two months , I am taking Telma LN in morning,  Concor 2.5 mm at night for Hypertension and Thyronorm 12.5 mcg for Sub clinical Hypothyroidism ( medicine being given based on a TSH of 7.21 and Positive Thyroglobulin Antibodies ) Due to headache a week back checked bp and was 140/100. My current BP Is 145/105. Heart Rate is 85. Current TSH is 5.3 Feeling very much tired. Do I need to revise dosage.

Hi, I have had bp at 100/60 almost the whole of today. I'm also tired and haven't been able to sleep well the last two days. My pulse rate is 80 or so. I take betablocker 1.25 concor cor regularly and have been taking it for the last 3 years. For SUPRAVENTRICULAR TACHYCARDIA. The last time I went to my cardiologist for a regular check up he had mentioned labile hypertension. Is it normal for bp to fluctuate like this. I took blood reports recently. My hb is 12 and RBC was 3.9. esr at 22. Pcv 35.7 Everything else was within normal change. Should I be worried.. I'm 62 kgs, 5'3 height. Not fat. Should I observe for a few days.. Please advise.

My Mother-in-law was admitted into Hospital for Covid Positive and Accute Neumonia (18/25) treatment from 8th to 23rd April, 21. After Discharge, she is maintaining normal oxygen level, but still on medications. She is a patient of Diabetic and High BP too for last 25 years. For BP, she is having "Concor 5 AM" for last 2 years. For Sugar Control, she is being given insulin and medicines after discharge from hospital since she is continuing Steriods for lungs. Now the problem she is having of her BP fluctuations and Dialostic BP going down sometimes upto 47, specially at night for last 3 days. Her Systolic BP always remain in between 110 to 140. But Dialostic BP going down. Why this is happening and what treatment you advise.

My mother is 68 yrs old, she is on medications of blood pressure morning Concor Am 2.5 and night Telmijub 40. She generally has a little higher triglycerides than normal range and vldl higher 2/3 points higher than normal range. She had an echo test done before the onset of pandemic that's around Jan '20 which depicted a result of sinus tachycardia lvl on a slighter note. Is it safe to go for covid vaccination? Hi, My BP shows 99/47 and pulse 59  when lying on bed at morning . My CBC, Lipid profile, Cpk, cpk-mb, hscrp, echo, thyroid, blood sugar, vit B12, vit D,  al report shows normal which I checked 1month back . Only medicine I consume is daily one tab of  concor cor2.5 which is suggested by my doc . Please suggest me whether my bp and pulse normal during morning ? Or is it the effect of medicine ?? Or I need to go for few other medical tests?

Iam the mother of 21months old baby with delay walking milestone. Before two three months suddenly one day I felt heart rate above 100 and vomiting sensation all the sudden I heard my heart beat sound.two months now and then it comes and goes and made me fear as of I would die I had loose bowl movement too. I checked my whole health and ecg echo( MVP Aml,mrt)and all other reports were normal.no thyroid too. Dr told there is no prob all because of stress.i was in stress because of my daughter delay walking and my hubby used to show his office tension . Now Iam taking concor 2.5 bisoploler and lonazep 2.5 everyday for past one month but even though now and then I feel heart rate high even after my daughter starts to walk too. What should I do how can I come out of my stress

Dear Doctor, I am 42 years old unmarried man. I am 110kg in weight and 5 feet 6 inch tall. I am having medicine concor 2.5mg daily for high heart beat on walking fast upto 175bpm. At rest heart beat is 85bpm. I have medicine for asthma. For the past 1 year my erection is not good. In the last few months my Penis is shrunk and urine flow is not good. Urine dribbling while completing urination. What could be the problem? I was given Dynaperes 0.4mg by Urologist last year for urine flow complaint. My urine flow improved on taking Dynaperes 0.4mg but no ejaculation. On stopping Dynaperes 0.4mg I again got poor urine flow dribbling problem and my Penis is shrunk. I am worried what could be the reason? Please advise.

Could dehydration cause heart rate to raise I am currently on calaptin sr 120 BD , CTD 12.5 morning. My TMT ECHO LIPIDS RFT SF PP HB1C THYROID normal. My BP remains elevated 135/76 to 154/82.Earlier was on concor am5/5 morning and Telma am 40/5. Why my BP does not come to normal range. Since yesterday my Doc advised to take Etozola 0.5 bed time for ten days. Kindly advise do I need to undergo any other test or change in medication. Regards
