Today i woke up after a small sleep. I was just chilling then suddenly i get the strangest strongest feeling of numbness and heaviness in left side of my head top area. I could feel my left side of brain. I was so scared. I sat upwards while panicking and i felt tingling running down to my left thumb from my left elbow. There was a bright red spot on my left forearm. The numbness went away in few secs to a minute since i sat upwards. I was horrified. The tingling also went away in a minute and the red spot went away too however that area is still a little tender. I also have had this before a few months ago. Not like this. It was just a spot that felt like it burst in left top side of my head. That also happened when i woke up. I sat upwards panicking what to do. I also have Brugada Syndrome, Obsessive Compulsion Disorder. I on Concor-Cor 2.5mg for Brugada Syndrome. MRI was taken few weeks after the first sensation months ago. Report said Sinusitis on left side.

Hii All this is 34 years Male very dipressed, on 26th Nov 2022 1st time i had a needle type chest pain which passed away after few minutes but I was worried and i went to Cardiologist he ran 2DEch, 2 times ECG, Chest Xray, Many blood test including LIPID PROFILE all reports are normal excluding Lipid Profile for that he gave me medicine I took it for 2 months and again he ran Lipid Profile Test my cholesterol was in control, i was beta blocker concor cor 1.25mg but still sometime I use to have same pain then I consulted another cardiologist he checked all the reports and he said the same thing all reports are normal nothing to worry he gave me Anixety Pill which I am taking from last 20 days feel little better then before but once in a day i sometimes feel needle type chest pain and sometimes tightness for few minutes or hour. It is really hampering my daily activities please suggest what it can be and what shld i do to get complete relief from it as i am totally fraustated . plz reply

Dear Doctor, I am 44 years old unmarried man. I am very obese 125kg in weight 5 feet 6 inches in height. I have big tummy. I am unable to stand for more than 30 minutes or walk more than 200 meters at a stretch. I get pain in hip if I walk or stand. I have severe ED problem for the past 1 and half year. No morning wood. My penis is shrunk. I did Master health checkup a month ago. My pre diabetes became normal it was 97 fasting. Hba1c was below 5.5 or normal. Cholesterol was very normal. But HDL was 35 only. I have high BP. Taking medicine for High BP Concor 5mg in morning and Abel40mg at night. I get asthma at times having medicine Montek AB and foracort inhaler along with Asthalin inhaler. My question is how to reduce my weight? I am unable to walk then how to reduce weight? Please help.

Dear Doctor, I am 42 years old unmarried man. I am 110kg in weight 5 feet 6 inch tall. I have pre-diabetes 103 fasting. HbA1c is normal. I get itching on my testicles, buttocks. Skin is clear. I have urticaria taking Cetirizine for the past 9 years daily. I have ED problem for the past few months. Heart beat increases to 175bpm on brisk walking upto 1km and need to take deep breath. My HDL is 41. Cholesterol is normal. I have done ECG Echocardiogram is normal. I have asthma. I am having medicine concor 2.5mg given by Cardiologist because my BP increases at times and I could not run on TMT due to high heart beat. Please suggest medicine for itching. Along with Cetirizine any other medicine. Advice Why I have ED? Is it heart blockage? Why high heart beat on walking fast? Please give solution.

Dear Doctor, I am 42 years old unmarried man. I am 110kg in weight. I am having frequent pain in left arm. I also get upper left chest pain. Central chest pricking sensation. Fingers and toes pricking sensation. Left face numbness. Lightheadedness. Back of shoulder pain. Jaw pricking. Left fore arm gets cold at times. I get this When I get stressed. I worry a lot for small problems. I am not employed. I have no friends. I am very worried about my health. I suspect is it warning before heart attack? Am I having angina? I have high BP at times, heart beat goes up on walking climbing steps upto 170bpm. I am having medicine Concor 2.5mg. GERD Nexpro L medicine. Checked ECG on 15th July 20 normal. Master Health Checkup is normal. Echocardiogram done in July 2019 normal. What is my health problem? Angio is required? Is it neurology problem?

I had a angioplasty done 2.5 months back and am on dual platelet therepy (ecosprin 150, prasita 10, concor 1.25g) and cholesterol (rosuvastatin). For Jan 1st I have cold initially it was in chest with coughing, I was given augmentin and allergy_m for 5 days. Then my cheeks had severe pain first left then right.  Went back again. Sinusitis and boils in mouth were detected. I was given allergy tablet. It goes in one place and comes back in another. This week i had bleeding along with mucous. X-ray was within normal limits so I got spray solspree, nasoclear gel, limcee, mucolitis Sr caps. Generally in morning I am ok till 8 am (walk exercise etc) then after that I have lot of mucous which gets cleared. but by evening I feel very weak with burning eyes and nose, feel as though I'll get ulcers in mouth, feverish feeling but temp is normal 78.4) I am wondering if is the sinusitis that is not going away or medicene side effects. I never had such a bad cold ever.

Yesterday I was not feeling well since afternoon, at one point i felt head getting hot so i thought I should go and check BP and when I reached pharmasy I was panicked already so bp came 144/90 then palpitation i went hospital there heart rate came down to 62-65 whiich is my normal byt bp whenever they were taking measure it was raising with heartbeat. So they gave me nicardia 10mg. After taking it 20 mins later my heartbeat rose and I panicked so much that it went on rising. So they did ecg 150 heart beat. Attaced ecg, doctor said sinus techicardia and then heart rate came down to 100 in morning it was lesser after 6-7 hours. I went to a cardiologist, he said concor 2.5 for 10 days then holter. But I always have normal bp and heart rate when not in anxiety. I have had anxiety disorder. Did TMT and ECHO 2 months back all normal, did ecg 4 months back was normal.

I have suffered from an episode of rapid Heartbeat of 158 and then chest pains yesterday evening . Pulse rate reduced in mins but left side chest pain was there for few hours. It woke me up from sleep once in night then I slept for 4-5 hours. Actually I have been suffering from on and off left side chest pains and rapid heartbeats for last 1 month. I also feel dizziness whenever I stand up from lying. I used to have high blood pressure which is now generally controlled with olimsartan 20 and concor 5 mg. I have had ECG couple of times this month which normal but only told as sinus tachycardia. I also had couple of ECHOs this month also with EF 61% with only Mild TR and Mild PAH 30mm which was not there in other ECHO report. I had a coronary angiography in the month of January which was normal with only myocardial bridge in LAD. Am I still facing heart issues ? Is it angina ? Micro vascular angina? What should I do ?

I have BP medicine Concor 5mg in morning and Abel40mg at night. I have psyco somatic GERD and I get panic attack. I am taking psychiatric medicine for this condition hence GERD is under control. My question is why for the past many years I get pain in my left side of chest and left arm ? I have consulted Doctors even cardiologist but no proper solution found. I have severe ED problem for the past 1 and half year. No morning wood or erection. I consulted Urologist had Tadafil 5mg but no use. My testestorne is within normal range, prolactin is okay. I think no blood flow to my penis hence no erection. My LDL cholesterol is 33, My HDL cholesterol is 35. My fasting is 97. Is there block in my heart? What is causing this pain in left side chest and left arm? Please reply if you can find out?

I had my stent fixing in Aug end 2021 after a silent attack which I came to know after angio when I had gone to doctor for loose motion. I have been given a list of 8 different medicines of Nexium 40mg, aspirin 100mg, concor 5mg, coveram 5mg, lipitor 80mg, aldactone 25mg, forxiga 5mg, brillianta 90mg and been asked to continue for a year. In November I went for consulting and the check found 52% heart pump recovery in 3 months time. I used to be smoker but stopped after my stent fixing. I have regular habits now, no drinking no party and no late night. I work 9-6 but heavy mental workload. Last 2 month I am having severe cough. My question a) what can I do to stop cough b) I want to reduce/stop these medicines. Pls help. Happy to provide anymore info if required.
