I have severe ED problem for the past 2 years. No morning wood or erection of my penis ☹️. My cholesterol is under control but fasting sugar is 109. I have slight High BP. Taking medicine for High BP Concor 5mg and Abel 40mg daily. I don't do excercise nor walk. I watch YouTube videos a lot. I am not employed hence not married. Its good that you have taken the first step towards your health .your breathlessness os related to obesity, and will only get worse if you dont do something about it. I would recommend getting bariatric surgery since your weight is too high to be normalized with only diet and exercise in the near future and will pose greater risk to your health in the meantime.

Your basic problem is obesity.  In fact it is called Morbid Obesity. Please consult a General Physician,  Endocrinologist,  and a Dietitian in your area. You have to reduce weight by about  50 kg . No one can give a decoction on tele-consultation.  Your discipline is most important.
