Dear Doctor, I am 44 years old unmarried man ♂️. I am very obese 128kg weight and 5 feet 6 inches height or 169cms. I have severe ED problem for the past 2 years. I went to Urologist. I was given Tadalaflo 5mg daily and other medicine. Still no improvement. I don't have diabetes. I have slight High BP 160/ 90. I am having High BP medicine Concor 5mg in morning and Abel 40mg night for the past 2 years. I don't get morning wood or erection of my penis in morning for the past 2 years. My penis is shrunk. I am planning to marry a young girl of 24age soon. I want to come out of this severe ED problem. I have asthma medicine Montek AB and foracort 200mg. I have psychosomatic GERD taking medicine Gressami50mg  and Quietegress 50mg for the past 2 years. Please help me solve impotence issue. Advice. Ashwin Karthi.

Hi Doctor, I am 44 years old unmarried man ♂️. I am 127kg in weight and 5 feet 6 inches in height or 169cm. Nowadays I become breathless on climbing 1flight of stairs or lifting 20liter water can for few meters. I gasp for breath on taking bath. I am unable to walk 100 meters get hip pain and shortness of breath. I can't stand for 10 minutes due to hip pain. What could be the reason? Is my heart blocked? I have severe ED problem for the past 2 years. No morning wood or erection of my penis ☹️. My cholesterol is under control but fasting sugar is 109. I have slight High BP. Taking medicine for High BP Concor 5mg and Abel 40mg daily. I don't do excercise nor walk. I watch YouTube videos a lot. I am not employed hence not married. Please advice how to reduce weight and why I am getting breathless often? 👈

History: i have palpitation, dizziness and vertigo from april. Before that zero health issue. So i took Cardio tests - echo, holter, lots of ecg, - all normal. and i personally have apple watch . It always says sinus rhythm. once i got heavy palpitation and apple watch ecg told its high heart rate 155bpm - sinus tachy and bp of 140/90. Taking concor 2.5mg for that. Next I have been suffering from vertigo, sometimes numbness in hand & feet , severe neck pain , pain behind right ear and blurred vision. ENT doctor confirmed ear drums are good. Eye doctor confirmed eye nerves look good. So no action from ENt or Ophthalmologist. Next for neruo I Took brain Mri on september and it look fine. But still am suffering from all the problems with out solution. Am suspecting cervical spondolysis or neuropathy or some arthritis could be issue . Please help. None of my issue is resolving. Will renerve plus tablet help one of the GP doctor gave me

My mother is having issues with the dust and food ( lemon, chicken, green chilies, tamarind) allergy. No phlegm is seen. Only watery mucus when she sneezes. They make her sneeze and congested nose. Her nose is blocked all the time and sneezes more than 20times a day. She is not on any medication for the nasal issues. She has this allergy past 18 years. She is on below medication for blood thinners, BP diabetes and and psychiatric meds Concor 5mg (2.5 mg in the morning and 2.5mg at night) Istamet 50/500 ( morning dose) Atorfit CV 20mg - (night dose) Psychiatric medication - Clopixol Depot 200mg Can she still take COVAXIN Vaccination? Should she stop blood thinners a day before the vaccine and after ? Will her existing allergies cause any issue ? She took Clopixol Depot 5 days ago . Vaccine slot is day aftr tomorrow. Please help

I am 42 years old unmarried man. I am obese 110kg weight and 5 feet 6 inch height.  Asthma Montek AB and Formoflo inhaler, Asthalin 200mg rotohaler, High BP, High heart beat on walking upto 175bpm, and Cetrizen for urticaria. I have severe ED for the past 9 months. I am having Concor 5mg from October 19, given by cardiologist. I have done Echocardiogram in July 19 by a Cardiologist. Report is fine. I have done Endoscopy in January 19 by a Gastroenterologist report is fine. My HDL is 41, master health check up done in July 20, report is fine. Why ED problem? I don't do any excercise or walking. I am doing online business from home. Am I having heart blockage? Is there any need for Angiography or CT Angio? I am worried.

Dear Doctor, I am 41 years old. I am 104kg in weight 5 feet 6 inches in height. I have GERD, Asthma, Urticaria etc. I am having pain in chest. It is particularly paining on and off , on left upper side of the chest. Sometimes pricking pain in centre of the chest. Even red skin rashes. I don't know what could be the reason for chest pain. I have done Echocardiogram in July 19, Endoscopy in January 19 report is fine. I am taking medicine Concor 5mg given by Senior Cardiologist few months ago. I have high heartbeat on walking fast upto 175bpm. At rest heart beat is 85. High BP or Low BP observed. I have blood clot sort of mark and pain on touching in my right calf.  Please explain the reason for upper left chest pain.

I have been experiencing chest pain pricking in middle of chest, pain near shoulder both arms especially left. Severe ED for the past 4 months. I have GERD, heart beat increases on walking upto 175. Resting heart beat is below 89 BPM. I have consulted Cardiologist few months ago did ECG, I have been given Concor 5mg. My fear is whether I have heart blockage or Angina? At rest I get chest pain especially left side of chest. Sometimes pain then red rashes. Why I have no Erection or arousal? What is wrong with me? I did Echocardiogram in July 19 report is fine. Endoscopy in January 19 report is fine. What is my problem? Please advise.

Dear Doctor, I am 41 years old unmarried male. Height 5 feet 6 inches and weight 103kg. I am experiencing chest pain on and off. Sometimes pricking pain in chest, sometimes just pain, sometimes weakness pain in left arm and sometimes in right arm, pain in left side head at times. Burning sensation in stomach. I have been having these symptoms continuously for the past 15 days.Please note same symptoms has been there even for a year but on and off. I have done ECG 2 days ago. I met Cardiologist few months ago. Echocardiogram done in July 19 report is fine. I have GERD, asthma Urticaria. High heart beat on walking 175BPM. Resting heart beat is 80HBP. Taking Concor 5mg for the past 1 month. PPIs for GERD from January 19. Done Endoscopy in January 19 report is fine. What could be my problem now? Is it heart or esophagus ? Please help me.

45 days ago,I had injured by back during weightlifting,then I used pain relief spray to heal that and it healed. After 15 days of my injury I felt a pain  in left hand and talk to my father(he is a pharmacist),went to doctor he checked my pressure it was too much high(145/105).And give me medicine telma 40mg,concor cor 2.5. After meet with doctor last 20-21 days I am feeling a lots of problems Like 1.tingling,shaking,pain in hand,leg. 2.Walking,some balance problem leg become stiff. 3.often headache,all part of head sometime while shaking. 4.Sometime dizziness.5.Often back or neck pain. 6.Hands and legs become numb when sleeping sometime jerks in full body. Is this brain tumor/parkinson’s disease/multiple sclerosis? Now my blood pressure is in control.(I don’t smoke or drink.Don’t have diabetes) I have told you my problems one by one which I faced please please help me.

Zapiz 0.5mg 0-0-1 I just google out about the tablets ,Rose day tablet is used for cholesterol and zapiz is for neural problem What's the matter that doctor have given those tablets even through my cholesterol level is absolutely normal, please suggest me something Thankyou
