Dear Doctor, I am having for the past 1 year chest discomfort, like pressure, burning sensation, lightheadedness, left fore arm feels cold. Now my ankle is swollen. Feet pains on walking. I have done Echocardiogram in July 2019 report is normal. I did ECG on 15th July 2020 report is normal. I at times get high BP then it becomes normal. Heart beat goes upto 175 on walking fast for 1km or climbing many steps. Having medicine Concor 5mg, for GERD Nexpro L, Asthma Montek AB. Uriticaria having cetrizen. Inzofresh 10mg for insomnia. Endoscopy done in January 2019 report is fine. I still feel pain in Esophagus, at times reflux. Master Health Checkup done on 15th July 2020 report is fine. My question am I having heart blockage or Angina? I am unable to do TMT because my heart beat goes up within 1 minute of walking on TMT. I get panic often due to fear of heart disease cancer etc. What is my health problem? Please advise which Doctor to consult?

Dear Doctor, I am 42 years old unmarried man. I am 107kg in weight with big tummy and I am 5 feet 6 inch tall. I have been told I have GERD and asked to have PPIs. I am having Nexpro L and Nexpro 20mg for the past 9 days, I stopped it because of less symptom. I have asthma, I am taking Montek AB and Formoflo inhaler. Uriticaria having cetrizen daily for the past 9 years. High BP increasing heart beat on walking climbing steps upto 175bpm taking medicine Concor 5mg. Endoscopy done in 2019 January report is fine. For the past few months I have been eating spicy food from hotels, sweets. Now I am getting reflux without eating food I mean in empty stomach, throat I feel like phlem, sometimes sore throat for the past few months. My fear is I must not have Barrett esophagus due to repeated reflux. Would Asthma inhaler Formoflo 250mg cause GERD? What is the solution for this problem? Why throat is irritating? Another endoscopy is required? Please clarify.

Dear Doctor, I am 42 years old unmarried man. I am obese 107kg in weight and 5 feet 6inches in height. I have GERD, Asthma, at times noticed High BP, urticaria. I have done Endoscopy in January 2019. Report is fine. Echocardiogram in July 19 report is fine. My heart beat increases on walking, climbing steps upto 175bpm. Resting heart rate is normal below 85. What could it be the reason? Heart blockage? I have been given Nexpro for GERD. Concor 5mg for high BP. Cetrizen for urticaria. Montek AB and Formoflo for Asthma. For the past few months I am having throat sore, as if phelm in throat, slight dry cough, at times burning sensation. Now I have blisters on tongue and stomach burning sensation. I eat spicy non veg food, cake, and chocolates recently. I know I must not have it but I love food so eat it. Now I am suffering please give me medicine for throat burning, tongue blisters and stomach burning.

I am diabetic since 17 yrs and hyper tensive since 11 yrs, using GLIMULIN MF FORTE in the morning, JANUMET 50/1000 in the afternoon, GLIMULIN MF in the night. CONCOR AM 5mg in the morning, TELMA 40 in the evening, GABAPIN NT 400 twice daily, ECOSPRIN AV 75 in the afternoon. But since last 6 months I have been facing episodes of severe gas trouble with bloating but no pain in the stomach. For this the doctor had suggested RIFAGUT 550 mg twice daily for 5 days, then after the reoccurrence in 1 month he again prescribed RIFAGUT 550mg for another 5 days along with VSL-3 once daily for 10 days after lunch, again there was an episode after 15 days FLUDAC 10 mg capsule was asked to be taken at the night but no cure.For the last 3 months,I am using Patanjali kumayasava at the time of gas trble. I have observed that in all these episodes there is one thing common in my diet which is watermelon/milk/tomatoes,etc. I doubt that it's high fructose level is the culprit.Kindly suggest me what to do.

Hi, I am a 38 year male. i have had MVP since early teens which doctor explained is due overgrowth during preteens. Earlier this year after consuming energy drink i noticed very fast heart beat. Couple of weeks later it became a monthly occurrence with occasional palpitations. After visit to the doctor & echo in April'06 he diagnosed Valve leak. I was prescribed Concor 5mg (morning) & Tritace 2.5mg (night). The palpitations continued occasionally. Next visit the doctor prescribed additional later afternoon medication Marevan 3mg. Yesterday after follow up echo i was informed the leak is slightly increased and there is a slight enlargement of the heart from 5.5 to 6 ( i didn't understand it) He has asked to continue the medication and advised valve repair surgery. Currently i face a little breathing difficulty if i climb stairs. Cough is occasional. Is the surgery required? Natural remedy? Should the medication continue

Hi Doctor, I am 44 years old unmarried man. I am 128kg in weight and 5 feet 6 inches in height or 169cms. I get muscle cramps nowadays. My hip pains on standing for more than 10 minutes. I get hip waist pain on walking for 100 meters. I become breathless too. Unable to climb stairs. I have severe ED problem for the past 2 years.  I daily have medicine 💊 for High BP Concor 5mg and Abel 40mg. I have stator10mg daily. I have Montek AB and foracort 200mg for asthma. I have cetrizine 10mg daily for itching. I have Psychiatric medicine for Psychosomatic GERD Gressami 50mg and Quietegress 50mg daily for the past 2 years. I don't have GERD symptoms after taking Psychiatric medicine. I don't walk or do excercise. I watch only You Tube videos. Always seated or lying on the bed. I did blood test today. My Heamoglobin is low 11.7. My blood PCV is low 37.3, MCV is 82.7 low, mch 25.9 low, mchc 31.3 low. My fasting sugar is 107.2. HBa1c is 5.4. Creatinine is low 0.79. Why low?I am worried.

Hi, I am 44 years old unmarried man. I am obese 118.5kg. Height 5feet 6 inches. I have prediabetes 110 count. How to reduce it below 99?👈 My BP is high 160/95,  so I am on medicine Concor 5 mg and Abel 40mg a day given by Cardiologist. I have severe ED problem for the past 1 and half year. I was given Tadafil 5mg daily by Urologist. I had it but still no erection. No morning wood. My ED might be due to BP medicine or it can be vascluogenic ED. What could be the reason for ED?👈 My cholesterol is under control. I am worried that I must not get Diabetes. I should not get heart disease or heart attack in near future. I started following Diet avoiding rice, sugar and salt. Eating protein and fiber daily. Trying to walk but becoming breathless in 200 meters of walking and getting hip pain on walking. So please suggest a medicine to reduce prediabetes and diagnosis is needed Why poor blood flow to my penis causing my penis to shrink?👈👈

My brother jiten age 28 was admitted in cardic care unit on 16th apr 2022, ech shows lvh + lae + , t inversions in v5, v6 and trop was < 0.02 2s echo showed global lv hypokinesia lvef 20% moderate TR, paitent was intubated and put on ventilator support i/v/o suddent onset of sob associated with sweating, hypotension, vomiting and decrease 02 saturation on 17/4/22, Cag was done on 18/04/22 which revealed normal coronaries, patient was extubated on 18/4/22, aicd implantation - single chamber, mr conditional, Medtronics done on 20/04/22, post procedure paitent stays in hospital was uneventful and is now discharged in stable condition and medication given dapaone 10mg, concor 2.5mg aldacatone 25mg dytor 10mg pantacid 40mg ceftum 500mg levoflox 500mg alprax 0.25mg now in the evening his bp becomes low and he starts vomiting and after vomiting skin become pale and right calves pain for a while. what is the best solution to recover slowly and positively ?? cough is there.suggestions?

I saw 2,3 white hairs at the age of 17 and then it increased to like 10,12 now when I am 18. Some of them are always exposed and everyone can notice them sometimes. Sometimes they are hidden. It's not too much but my family can point them too often nowadays. My medical history:I have high blood pressure from the age of 15 and now I am taking BP meds: Concor COR 2.5 and Myotan CN 40/10. I also have high sugar but not diabetes,it's 100 in fasting. Also my cholesterol levels were high-normal,but doctors said they are ok.I also have L5-S1 disc herniation and degenerative disc disease in my spine.I took root block injection and many medicines for months like maxgallin 75,shine 10 mg for months,wysolone 40 and aceproxyvon for 5 days. Also have stomach/intestine problems(IBS,Grade 1 fatty liver,frequent stomach infections,diarrhea,cramps etc.) and a lot of stress everytime. Will all my hairs become white? Can I stop it? what about the already white hairs?Help doctors,I am worried at age 18.

I used to drink regularly on a daily basis, but since I was diagnosed with HBP one year ago I quit drinking too, I don't smoke. But I take things to the extreme.e.g. when I used to drink I could not drink like a gentleman,now since the HBP I quit drinking and stopped taking salt completely and non veg food and all fast food. I take only two pieces of atta roti in the morning and 3 pieces of roti at night with vegetables and have a small portion lunch at noon. O have reduced my weight(lost 8+ kgs in this year span). I was 77kg before and now I am around 67kg,and everyone says I have reduced ALOT,now I want to gain weight as I don't look skinny and sometimes I feel u healthy due to loosing some fat, but I'm afraid to eat salt and other protein related food as I fear it might trigger the high BP. Looking for good advice on future course of action. I regularly take Concor Cor 2.5mg medicine and I have quit alcohol,non veg and other fast food from the past one year and I don't smoke.
