1) When I lie down (during sleep) I feel more suffocation like my heart is slow or fast 2)Sometimes for a fraction of second, I feel heartache as well 3) I feel breathing problem as well and my would have vomiting sensation Current doctor gave me "concor cor 2.5" and  ambulance x-m tablets and said it's not an issue and I can ignore. I had done ECHO in October 2018 and it didn't show mitral valve prolapse. It all started after gallbladder removal surgery,  one week after surgery. My surgery was done on 4 july 2019 and this issue started from 12th july night

I'm 25 years old female my height is 5"3 and weight is 102, im obese and suffering from palpitations and high blood pressure, my ecg and eco are normal, my BP in the evenings is around 170/110 and in mornings its 130/90, i have tingling feeling in my head and back and hands also dizziness and nausea when i have high bp. I was on concor AM 5 then doctor changed it to Metxl 50 before a week, even after taking metxl50 in the morning my bp is high in the evenings. please advice...

I am suffering from fluctuating sugar levels alongwith blood pressure sometimes. Yesterday the sugar level had fallen to 49. I have hypertension, type 2 Diabetes and Cervical Spondylitis . I also have acidity and constipation. I am facing these problems every alternate day and this has lost my confidence to such an extent that I do not even want to drive for the fear of my health condition worsening. My condition can not be detected by any doctor. Can you please suggest which doctor should I consult for my condition? I am presently taking Janumet 50/500, Concor Cor 2.5, Levipil 500, Ecosprin 75 and Lipicure 20 as prescribed by my doctor.

Hi,I m a 41 years old having Hydrocephalus since birth & got 2 attacks of GBS in 84,88. Got another attack of Hydrocephalus in the year 2012. Ecosprin AV 75 afternoon For the past six months I am suffering from itching near joints when I take allerid 10mg for 2 days it becomes normal and after 4-5 days again itching starts. Dear Doctor, I am 41 years old unmarried male. I am 104kg i. Weight, 5 feet 6 inches in height. I am taking medicine Concor 5mg once daily for High heart beat on walking, my heart beat per minute on walking is 175. Resting Heart Beat per minute is 85. After taking Concor 5mg medicine Heart Beat per minute while brisk walk is 125. My BP keeps varying some time it is 160/90 sometimes 110/ 78. I earlier had kidney stone. Now I have itching sensation over tip of my penis especially over foreskin. I get itching over scrotum too. Skin is clear. What could be the reason for itching sensation? I have ED problem too. I have GERD problem, Urticaria, Asthma. Taking medicine Nexpro L, Cetrizen & Montek AB Formoflo 250mg. I have done ECG Master Health Checkup on 4th December 19. I have done Echocardiogram in July 19. Endoscopy in January 19. Report is fine. HDL cholesterol is low at 135. Shows pre-diabetic, fasting 101 and post prandial 109. Please give me ointment for itching. Please advise

Dear Doctor, I am 41 years old unmarried male. My weight is 102kg. Height 5 feet 6 inches. I have Asthma, Severe GERD, Urticaria. I noticed on walking fast my heart beat increases to 168BPM. At rest it is below 88BPM. I have done 2D Echocardiogram in July 19, report is fine. My BP was 140/90 then 160/ 90. Senior Cardiologist gave me medicine Concor 5mg. He checked my ECG. ECG normal. After taking Concor 5mg my BP is low 110/68. I stopped taking High BP medicine. I couldn't do TMT because my heart beat went up. Senior Cardiologist suggested to do Angiography. I didn't do it. My cholesterol test is under control. Master health check up report is normal. Then why heart beat shoots up on walking fast? I saw in My Mi band 4 fittness band that my health beat increases to 168 BPM on brisk walking. I at times get shortness of breath at rest. What could be the problem? Please explain!!!

Hi, my father(age 63) went through a non emergency angioplasty -stent procedure 1 and half month back and recently before 1 week he suffered through a severe allergic reaction called Anaphylaxis where his blood pressure dropped to 90/60. On this day when he was having this allergic reaction he took concor cor 2.5 other than his regular heart medicines bcz he thought the reaction happened bcz he missed to take this medicine which was prescribed from his cardiologist to start after 1 month of stent procedure. Now his bp in hospital is coming 12/90 and at home monitoring machine it is coming as 140,150 . Can he start taking this medicine again as doctor suggested to start this with other ongoing medicine.
