Hi Doctor, I'm here to ask for a clarification.... Last month I had many many pregnancy symptoms which included: painful/sore breasts, tingly nipples, prominent blue veins across my breasts, nausea, food aversions, frequent urination and spotting about 4 days before my expected period. Once my period was late I took 3 home pregnancy tests, all different brands one being a digital test and all three were very distinct positives. Therefore I made an appointment with my GP, who then ordered a blood test- which came back as <1 meaning negative.... Then about a week later I had a very unusually period, it was more intense cramping then normal and had a lot more clots then I'm use too. A couple of the clots happened to be fairly large in size and the bleeding lasted longer than normal.. almost doubled a "normal" cycle. My periods normally last 3 days and this bleeding lasted 7 days. So I wanted to know what would cause 3 false positive tests... or is it possible I experienced a chemical p

Please help me.....I am suffering from endometrial polyp...my periods were not regular so I took normal medicines, Dr said that it is normal hormonal imbalance but after 7 to 8 months I get to know by ultra sound that in my uterus there is a polyp in my endometrial lining many drs said that there will be a operation and then the polyp will be removed but my family was not ready for the operation...my relatives suggested for a Dr who said no there will be no operation and I will get cured...I took the medicines suggested by that Dr almost everything was done my dr said to leave the medicines and see the result after 3 months she said not to have medicines because I was suffering from fissure..for fissure I started my homepathy treatment and my home path Dr adviced to take homepathy medicines for polyp as well because there is a good treatment for polyp...I started taking the medicines for polyp from my home path Dr but now there is a lot of flow and a lot lot of stomach pain...help me p

Hi, my son had a fever for 4 days. I consulted a doctor here (we live outside India), and they said it was flu that would go away on its own, advising us to call only if the fever went above 104°F. After 3 days, the fever settled, and he no longer has a fever now. The only medicine I gave was paracetamol every 6 hours. On two nights, when his fever reached 103.5°F, I gave Mefta-P solution (7 ml) instead of paracetamol, which had been prescribed earlier by a doctor in India. Now my son is complaining of stomach pain and has diarrhea 5–6 times a day. Overall, he is fine—he is drinking fluids and eating small amounts of food—but he has stomach discomfort. The only medicine I have at home is Sporlac sachet, prescribed earlier by an Indian pediatrician. Should I give that for diarrhea? I just want to know the dosage—how many sachets and how to give it. I only keep medicines for emergencies, and since my son hasn’t had diarrhea in 2 years, I forgot the dosage. Your guidance would be helpful.

My 8-month-old baby girl (7 kg) fell from a 1.5 ft bed, hit her head (left side above ear), developed swelling. No vomiting, abnormal sleep, or pupil change initially. Applied ice packs, baby was active. On day 3, she had 102°F fever; new doctor said fever is viral, swelling may be due to minor skull fracture, and head will heal in ~1.5 months. Prescribed Maftal-P, Dolo, and Mindfull drops. That night she vomited once post-medication. Swelling now feels soft and jelly-like. Doctor said it’s normal fluid under skin. However, from day 4–5, we noticed she arches her neck and tilts head backward occasionally. She is otherwise alert and feeding. We’re concerned if the soft swelling or new head/neck movement indicates something serious. Should imaging or further evaluation be done?

Good evening doctor's, iam having abdominal pain since last two months. I have done Upper GI Endoscopy impression " H pylori Antral Erosive". Am started having loose motions suddenly. From last two weeks. I have done colonoscopy also impression was "Normal Study". I have done ESR ,CRP & Fecal calprotectin test which is came out normal. But my abdominal pain & loose motions are not controlling. So I went For ASCA (igg & iga) & ANCA blood Test. My ANCA both P anca & C anca came out negative. But my ASCA IGA value is 4.6 & ASCA IGG value is 24.6 which is boarderline Positive for Chron's disease. But my Fecal calprotectin value is less than 10. So I am confused whether I am having IBS symptoms or not. I request you to please Help to diagnosis for my symptoms. As per doctor advise should I go for CT Enteroclysis? Is ASCA blood Test is very Sensitive test for making diagnosis of Chron's disease? Thanking you for your patience.

I'm asking on behalf of my mom age 45yrs. She had irregular periods from the last 2 years after the scan pap semar doctor suggested Novelon for 3 months then it worked. The problem repeated early this year again doctor suggested the same 2months novelon. It worked and from last two months started bleeding 10 days. She took novelon it stopped bleeding and saw spotting and tiny bleeding while using novelon. After using it for 5 days due to bleeding She stopped novelon. After two days of stopping it she started bleeding heavily and had to change every 2 or 3 hours. P. S- She had thyroid and blood is just 9 so she is unable to walk long and going to obesity phase deeper. We visited multiple gynaecologists in AP and TS  every time scan, pap semar, high consultation charges again same trouble now she is not even ready to visit doctor as she decided it keeps repeating and none can give a solution. Can anyone help atleast to stop bleeding?

Hello Doctor, I am suffering from UTI (Klebsiella P.) since past 13 momths. When I first got UTI in April 2022 I took 5 days Macrobid and 10 days of Augmentin but it keeps coming back. Also while taking antbiotics the paij never went away. After 15 days of antbioticsI stopped taking antibiotics and just did home based remedies but bacteria didnt go. I got all necessary tests including cystoscopy done and except for infection there is nothing else. Through a very good ayurveda doctor, I started Ayurvedic treatment from past 2.5 - 3 months but there is no improvement. As per hee it every person differs so timings of results will also differ. Should I continue the treatment with hope that it will start giving me result or I should assume that if in 3 months there is no improvement means there wont be any improvement? How long should I wait tl see results from ayurveda? Usually how many months it take to show results?

My daughter is 5.11 yrs old. She has had fever from last week Thursday. The temp was almost 102 to 103 for the first 2 days. Comes to normal after meftal. The last 4 days temp has been fluctuating. It comes to normal abd then after 7 hrs hours back up, highest being 100.7 to 101. Tom is the 7th day. She has infected tonsils and viral conjunctivitis on one eye as well. I have been hearing most kids in chennai are going through this viral bout now. She's relatively active, eating lesser than usual. The meds she's on are refzil_0 3rd day today, montair lc, brozedex, seroflow and allegra nasal spray. Once in 7 hrs paracetamol and meftal p only in the night.  Should I take blood tests for dengue or others or can I wait. Please advise. I'm very anxious. Her weight is 22.3. She has no vomiting rash diarrhoea or anything else. Thank you.

My son is 20 months old and weight is 11.2kg. He has been suffering from cold, cough and repeated viral fever from last few weeks. Initially dr prescribed Azithral 100, chericof, montair lc kidz and crocin/meftal p, nebulization with levolin 0.6 and budecer 0.5 by seeing his symptoms. His fever started decreasing with cough too. But suddenly on 5th day his cough got worst and not stopping with anything. We tried honey, ginger, tulsi everything. So dr. Prescribed chericof ls and omnicortal forte alongwith nebulization with levolin and budecort. These combinations helped at day time to reduce the cough upto some extent but at night nothing is working. It is been only 1 day we have given these medications but the cough is really bad and the child is suffering a lot. So looking for some second opinion. Please help or provide your valuable feedbacks. I am having fever from 100-104F frm 6 days, 2 weeks before  my all test was done, like ESR, CBC, KIDNEY TEST,SCRUB TYPHUS, DENGUE, MALARIA, URINE INFECTION,CHEST XRAY all test were normal, but in ultrasound - impression-- few subcentimeter sized to mildly enlarged mesenteric lymph nodes in rif,with few of them show suspircious internal necrosis,P/O infective etiology. Doctor gave me injection that weeks for 5 days, then i was fine. Now again from 6 days fever is coming, with some loose stool, and abdominal pain and lot of cough.when i fart pain go away for some time, also in burp same. Indigestion also there. Doctor said i dnt knw the reason, and he refer me to PGI chandigarh. Please tell me what happen to me FEVER from 6 days, from two days fever is 101-104.5 F. Am very tensed. In this age am having problems like this
