Hi, I'm having pain in the lower back and buttocks and from today I've also started having pain in the tail bone which is very uncomfortable. I'm not able to sleep on the back or the side comfortably due to the pain. I've had full spine x ray done, ap/l, to be normal, only comment which concerned me was that the spine has lost it's curvature, I've seen an orthopedic who said it's severe muscle spasm and advised complete bed rest, I've been prescribed acenac p, gabantin 100 and rablet 20, I need a second opinion. The doctor has thoroughly checked me, there was no pain or numbness in the legs or in the upper back, just pain in the lower back. But from today the pain has started with the tail bone. What concerns me is that my lower back seems to me to be completely flat and due to the tail bone has started paining. Will it be fine? Or is it something serious? My email id xxxxxxxxx@gmail.com

I'm 29 yr old female have 5 yr old daughter. 4 months before my period delayed by 12 days.I went for a UPT checkup & it was negative but came to knw ABOUT THYROID disorder .They prescribed me half tablet one day after of SICRIPTIN,75mcg THYROXINE SODIUM,SECAM-E n P. I took secam for flow and opt for homeopathic treatment after a month I went for checkup and TSH was high n Prolactin normal As my thyroid raised I got scared n started 75 mcg thyroxine sodium n took SICRIPTIN for a month. Test results: 12/11/16- (TSH 10.94 uIU/ml) (Prolactin 23.9 ng/ml) (weight-57 kg) 15/12/16- (TSH 11.12 microU/ml) (Prolactin 11.26 ng/ml) 21/01/17- (TSH 3.56 uUI/ml) (weight-59 kg) Now my periods are again delayed by 13 days n checked at home but UPT was negative. Don't knw what to do recently shifted from India to Africa. My menstrual dates was 30/09/16 19/11/16 25/12/16 29/01/17 Can I take secam-E&P or should go for UPT Had unprotected relation Plz help can I take secam every month before period date

My mother is suffering due to high blood pressure , as prescribed by doctor 1. CILACAR T 10/80 2. LN BETA 2.5/10 Still bp elevated, we check b.p daily twice a day In the morning and evening In the morning before medicine 152/95 Daily morning tablet at 8 am CILCAR 10/80 In the evening at 5 PM  before 155/95 Ln beta 2.5/10  6 p my mother has been taking her prescribed blood pressure medicines regularly without missing any doses. However, despite regular medication compliance, her blood pressure levels are still not stable. Her recent investigations, including 2D Echo and KFT, are within normal limits. There are no significant abnormal findings reported in these tests.

My wife growth scan results are below. I am worried because they said there is 2 weeks lag of growth of Head parameters compared to clinical gestational age. Can anyone please comment is there any problem p and can we recover by good nutrition? Details: 20, female, 57 kgs, 153cm Medication: Propranolol 10mg twice a day for migraine headaches (taking from may 2023) Background: I missed my menstrual cycle last month, I wasn't pregnant and was prescribed progesterone (meprate) for inducing my period. I got my period within five days of stopping the medication. I had a full period (it was a little longer than usual- 6 days, Idon't generally bleed after the 4th day).P Last period - 18/04/25. Everything was well and good until 3 days back when I noticed trace amounts of blood on my under wear. Then today I noticed trace amounts of blood in discharge. To be clear it wasn't brown discharge. It was normal white/ off white small amount of blood in it. I'm having period like abdominal cramps ( pain range about 2-3). I haven't had any unprotected sex. And I'm monogamous. My son 12 years old. Tuesday he got fever with cold. We have given citizen and p-500 till Wednesday (3 times). But Wednesday fever reduced but rashes started. Today it spread more. Complete body. So visited pediatrics and skin specialist drs Pediatrics told no issue seems viral infection and given p500, citizen tablets for 5 days Dermatologist told due to viral infection these rashes. She given acivir-400 5 days and cidead cream. Also she mentioned rashes will increase don't worry continue these medicines and almost takes 10 days to come down the rashes Please advice what to do now. Do we need to take him to hospital as rashes spreded complete body and got increased more more compared to yesterday. But worried on this. Now face also rashes coming

I am sorry I am writing too many queries today, I gave my baby meftal P-3ml (9.5months),4pm as soon as I gave the fever was down, but when I checked after an hour 5:30 I can see the temperature rise again, then I did sponge bath where the temperature came to 99.3, I kept the ac at 28 keeping minimal bed sheet to cover,he is continuously having running nose head is very hot, am I doing something wrong has he got any infection will give him 2nd dose of redisyp in night Currently his medication 9am-zyrtex-0.5ml 9:30-redisyp-3ml Paracetamol as temperature rises 5-Lasma lc kids -2.5ml 9pm-redisyp-3ml 9:30pm -zyrtex-0.5ml

Mohamed , age 25 male My brother suffering from Seizure from Age 2 years . Now he was 25 age. Seizure attack , When attack, Totally unconcious with eye ball moving upward. Now after treatment  During attack unconcious with repeating same sentance again and again . After or before Seizure attack Right side severe  headache , pain spread to face right eye , Pain cannot control even taking Nimside P tablets. Doctor prescribed MAGPROL CR 400 - 2 TIMES LACOSET 100 MG - 2 TIMES Till 2 years before not regular seizure attack - Average 2-3 years  once But now Seizure attack regularly between 6 month , 2 month , now 5 days . Also is there any pain killer medication for Severe headache.

My skin type is dry . Firstly i faced extremely dry skin around my nose and i had to constantly keep it moisturised by applying oil (1 month ago) I used mustard oil, vaseline and then almond oil . It'd get so dry that after some time it'll start to small bleed and pain inside and around the nose. It healed automatically. Now , my skin has started to get too dry for which i changed the face cream and keep it moisturised but I've begun to have itching around my eyes and face and neck too and i feel the urge to scratch it and when i do it's turning reddish. It's not too severe but it's worrisome. It's not that this itching is visible on the face but it feels beneath the skin and makes my skin red as well and feels too irritating. PFA. It's not severe but i feel it several times in a day and especially during night. P. S - i have no stress, i take proper sleep, eat proper nutrition based diet and have regular periods.

Dear Sir / Madam, My Son Name is K. SaiRaghav, Age: 7.11Yrs, Height: 128CM. For the last 3 days My son was not fine due to Cold and Cough. From Yesterday Afternoon at 02.30pm onwards Fever started and it was 101 so given P250 6.5 ml given but not reduced and Again @ 06.30pm P250 given it was 101 only. So immediately we took him to Hospital and Paediatric Doctor advised to Take MEFTAL P 6 ML - 6 Hours once for 1 day. Montair LC KID TABLET - Once @Night, Ascoril LS - 1-1-1 - 5ml for 3 days. If Fever Persists P250 6ml 3 times for 3 days. My question is: 1. Any Antibiotics is required? 2. From the last year When the School has started after Covid  every 2 to 3 months he will be sick like this. After giving Antibiotics only he seems to be fine Not only him, Many of the school mate was been like this.. 3. More than 3 times he has taken Antibiotics in an year. Plz advise... Looking out for all your support in this regard.
