Hello Doctor, I am suffering from UTI (Klebsiella P.) since past 13 momths. When I first got UTI in April 2022 I took 5 days Macrobid and 10 days of Augmentin but it keeps coming back. Also while taking antbiotics the paij never went away. After 15 days of antbioticsI stopped taking antibiotics and just did home based remedies but bacteria didnt go. I got all necessary tests including cystoscopy done and except for infection there is nothing else. Through a very good ayurveda doctor, I started Ayurvedic treatment from past 2.5 - 3 months but there is no improvement. As per hee it every person differs so timings of results will also differ. Should I continue the treatment with hope that it will start giving me result or I should assume that if in 3 months there is no improvement means there wont be any improvement? How long should I wait tl see results from ayurveda? Usually how many months it take to show results?

My daughter is 5.11 yrs old. She has had fever from last week Thursday. The temp was almost 102 to 103 for the first 2 days. Comes to normal after meftal. The last 4 days temp has been fluctuating. It comes to normal abd then after 7 hrs hours back up, highest being 100.7 to 101. Tom is the 7th day. She has infected tonsils and viral conjunctivitis on one eye as well. I have been hearing most kids in chennai are going through this viral bout now. She's relatively active, eating lesser than usual. The meds she's on are refzil_0 3rd day today, montair lc, brozedex, seroflow and allegra nasal spray. Once in 7 hrs paracetamol and meftal p only in the night.  Should I take blood tests for dengue or others or can I wait. Please advise. I'm very anxious. Her weight is 22.3. She has no vomiting rash diarrhoea or anything else. Thank you.

My son is 20 months old and weight is 11.2kg. He has been suffering from cold, cough and repeated viral fever from last few weeks. Initially dr prescribed Azithral 100, chericof, montair lc kidz and crocin/meftal p, nebulization with levolin 0.6 and budecer 0.5 by seeing his symptoms. His fever started decreasing with cough too. But suddenly on 5th day his cough got worst and not stopping with anything. We tried honey, ginger, tulsi everything. So dr. Prescribed chericof ls and omnicortal forte alongwith nebulization with levolin and budecort. These combinations helped at day time to reduce the cough upto some extent but at night nothing is working. It is been only 1 day we have given these medications but the cough is really bad and the child is suffering a lot. So looking for some second opinion. Please help or provide your valuable feedbacks. I am having fever from 100-104F frm 6 days, 2 weeks before  my all test was done, like ESR, CBC, KIDNEY TEST,SCRUB TYPHUS, DENGUE, MALARIA, URINE INFECTION,CHEST XRAY all test were normal, but in ultrasound - impression-- few subcentimeter sized to mildly enlarged mesenteric lymph nodes in rif,with few of them show suspircious internal necrosis,P/O infective etiology. Doctor gave me injection that weeks for 5 days, then i was fine. Now again from 6 days fever is coming, with some loose stool, and abdominal pain and lot of cough.when i fart pain go away for some time, also in burp same. Indigestion also there. Doctor said i dnt knw the reason, and he refer me to PGI chandigarh. Please tell me what happen to me FEVER from 6 days, from two days fever is 101-104.5 F. Am very tensed. In this age am having problems like this

I got sore throat and severe pain in my throat difficulty in swallowing , one month ago.. I took some medicines and precautions and it got treated in 3 days . After 15 days I ate Icecream and cold drink and  again I experienced severe pain in my throat . Then I took Azithromycin and Dolokind and ceterizine and nevercuff cough syrup,gargling with salt water and it treated . After some days I experienced same thing after drinking cold water and again I took medicines and it got treated. After 10 days I got this problem again after eating a banana . This time I have a painful lump on left side of my throat .. I also have pain in my left side of forehead and face and neck. No difficulty in swallowing. Also feeling feverish but it disappeared after taking zerodol p but pain in throat is still there .What is the reason behind this. I take medicine and it gets treated,as soon as I drink or eat something cold problem arises again . For how long I will avoid cold stuffs, never happened before

Dear Doctors, My wife had one chemical pregnancy @ week6 and 2nd Time embryonic fetal demise @ week 9. Now She is 29 week's pregnant and doctor suggested take betnesol 12mg of 2 dose in 24 hours is it safe to take ? And will there be any side effects to fetid? And will she still have a chance of normal delivery at EDD? Also, when we did anomaly scan at 21 week her AFI was in lower limit 11cm and there was increased pulstality index in left uterine artery -relative risk for PIH. Then she was prescribed with Argihope capsules and she was also taking aspirin 150mg (from week 12). We repeated the scan @ week 26 and AFI was 15CM Screening for PIH is Negative P 1:1.2 (up to 1.45 Normal) Her HB is 9.3 @29 week. Could you please suggest is it ok to go with betnesol and help to answer above questions. It's my humble request.

So since a week i have tenderness at the area marked. The area encircled in yellow, feels deep ache when touched, but with normal activity its not felt much, and the purple line is angle of mandible, when i keep my finger on it and open close mouth, when the muscle gets rubbed it feels sore. 4-5 weeks back in that side i had my upper wisdom tooth extracted, but after extraction i had taken antibiotics for 5 days. Now, since last week m seeing this. I had visited an ent last week, he prescribed amoxyclav and zerodol p, today the course is over but soreness is still there. Please help me, why is it happening.. i am also doing warm saline water fermentation over that area. Please help. Also note: when i click my ear, there's a kind of sharp pain under the middle of the purple line, is there any pinched nerve or something or pulled muscle?

I'm suffering from ear pain (right side) since last 20 days. Visited my nearby ENTs and come to know there is a funsi ( small wound) and vax in my right ear. In early days, I used cerulin drop only as doc suggested but after 10 days, as my doc suggested, I took 5 days course of Mega CV 625 ( 10 tabs) with Zerodol p followed by cerulin vax drop but no effect in pain. Again visited a renowned ENT specialist 3 days ago who examined my ear and said same (funsi (baaltod) in ear with vax) and prescribed me Swich CV 325 followed by clean vax drop for 5 days. As of now, I have taken its 2 days dose ( total 5 tabs) but no relief still. Pain is getting worse day by day. Really worried now and not sure what to do next. Kindly suggest 🙏

From past one month's I suffer from some heaviness (not pain) in my head.It happened generally left side of my head.left middle portion of my head.Some time right side and back portion also.Heaviness also on my eyebrows side.I mostly study on laptop.That why I thing this happen due to my eye.So I consult a eye doctor,he check my eye and said everything ok in your eye.No problem in your eye.6/6 and 6/9 is ok.They suggest me a Anti glare glass for my eye and 2 Eye drops one is TEARFRESS AND M-KET.and one multivitamin-MEGA-4. After that I also consult a General Doctor they suggest me medicine like 1)AMICLAV 625 2)RABAZE-DSR 3)VORIL-MID 4)LUCET-M 5)ARNAC-P But no effect on my Head. Generally Heaviness occur on just above my eye and left middle portion of head.It low to mild. Please suggest me..
