Hello doctor , i was diagnosed with rheumatoid arthritis when i was just 16. Then doctors gave steroids at that time and i was like able to walk and do my regular job. In the mean time some problems occurred and my family physician prescribed me Naproxen and Paracetamol (Naprosyn P) tablets for light pain control.. now a days i am feeling swelling on my ankles , pain on my wrist elbow heel bone and ankles. Every morning i wake up with so much heel pain that i can not walk properly. The medicine i mentioned is unavailable at market . I also have beta thalassemia minor for that i am having folic acid in a regular base. Please can u suggest a medicine with same composition and what should i do to avoid those swelling and pain? Hi, My daughter is 3.5 years old & her weight is about 17 kg. From 25 April she is suffering from minor stomach ache. Yesterday morning (26 April) she vomited. 12.30 AM (27 April) suffered from fever. Yesterday i gave 1.5 ml graniforce twice & 5 ml meftal spas once in the evening. At 12.30 AM due to fever i gave 5ml meftal-p. Just now given 1.5 ML Graniforce & 5 ML Meftal Spas. Can you suggest me if treatment is ok or need any change.

Feb 13 I started being active in sex for the first time p until now, I dont know if it has any relations to what Im feeling, so when I had my period I used diff. napkin and I guess I had rashes, we still has sex after then it started to get super itchy until my next period which was just last week, I had rashes again in my private part but its not that itchy anymore. SO the real problem is this, last 3 weeks ago I was really sick for 2 days with a 38.6 temprature, since then I lost my appetite I was having symptoms of headache, colds, flu, I thought I had clamydia but i guess not, and last week I thought I had mumps since I hav4e symptomps of mumps, they gave me anti inflamation meds. so I was ok until now but I still have loss of appetite, because when I eat I feel full easily, and I wasnt like this before, Im female and im 18 please help

My child 1 year old was having fever since last Saturday with runny nose and it went upto 103 our doctor was out of town so we consulted him on phone and we suspected it to be viral but 6 hourly fever continued tI'll wed on Saturday morning he advised a urine test and it had high puss cells around 22 and another spike of 103 he asked us to get admitted for observation there also the course was same we were giving same medicines meftal p on fever getting increased from 101 and ifor more than 100 crocin suspension also an oral antibiotic added which was given oraĺly and discharged after 2 days of observation my query is was there a need to get admitted

Doctor, I pass urine less time in a day. I drink 5 glass of water each 200ml. Than tea 100ml twice. The color is green with bad smell. I was diagnosed with E Coli in Urine culture few months ago. I was given antibiotics but no improvement. Lab results show E Coli still present in huge numbers and even semen culture has some bacteria starting with letter P. My abdomen pains, inside my anus I feel pain at times. Urologist checked all test few months ago. He said bacterial infection. Urologist medicines are ineffective. Now what do I do?

I am 19 wks with twin pregnancy. At p 14 weeks diagnosed as posterior low lying placenta extending upto internal os and had severe bleeding . Managed conservatively. At 19 week anamoly scan done where placenta is posterior and 3.6 to 4 cm away from the internal os.done with cervical encirclag. My concern is that currently still advised bed rest and started on heparin. Are there chances of placenta to come down or bleeding. Is placenta still low lying. Will babies weight loosen up the stitch.

I have a problem of nose swelling due to which it blocks air passage ways unable to breath which is leading to fever,body pains etc even after taking medicine like hifenac-p which provide some relief but it is a temporary relief which has been suggested by doctor and before one month i consulted other doctor who gave me odimont-fx tablet which gave me some relief to protect against allergies to cold.My question is does taking odimont-fx for life long will solve problem or else lead to any side effectsin the long run.i Have been using that odimont for past one month no side effect i have actually realised.Plz doctor help me out in this matter. Hello respected doctor 30 days back I've met one of my friend who returned from U.S and he explained me about weed saying me it is legal and good for health for cleaning tar from lungs and asked to smoke 6-7 puffs and ever since then am not at all feeling good, I am feeling extreme depression and memory problems i am not at all like how I used to feel like before, has it permanently damaged my brain? Sometimes i go into depression and extreme depression and feel am soo alone nothing is good with me, Do i need a M. R. I scan? Can i be alright? I am on B. P medicines met xl 12.5 since a year can you please help me let me know whats wrong with me? I feel something is in my brain.. I, want my old life back :(
