Hi My brother who is 11 years old is suffering from joint pain especially in the wrist,ankle and fingers from the past 1 month. His blood test was done and his Alkaline Phosphatase is 206.0 U/L, C- Reactive protein is 1.50mg/dL and the ASLO is 471.00 IU/ml. Our physician has put him on a course of antibiotics namely Augmentin 625mg and also a painkiller namely Zerodol P. Today his antibiotic course has ended and he still says he has pain in the same areas. Also he had swelling in his right wrist which has come down now after taking antibiotics. We are waiting for some answer because he has pain especially after waking up in the morning . The pain decreases after he takes the tablets.

Hi Doctor, I'm getting white liquid out of navel, i went to consult doctor and come to know it is Umbilical Sinus. I have undergone Scanning and come to know that there is short thick wall track measuring 3 cm is seen in anterior abdominal wall in umbilical region. Doctors gave some medicines(Augmentin 625, Hifenac-P, PAN 40). Doctors are saying like if i will take these tablets then infection would be healed and they are also saying that this infection may reoccur, do i need to go for surgery?

I have consulted a doctor and he said 2 causes of ur symptoms vitd3 deficiency or thyroid ...my symptoms were extreme shoulder and knee pain, high heartbeat,sound from bones, hardness of muscles and inflammation in shoulder and knee..he prescribed me flouroquin p for 1 week And symptoms are getting recover and I have taken three injections of vitd3 orally without doctor prescribed.. once I stop taking pill symptoms are back then I tested blood, ft4=2.84(ref range: o.8-1.9), tsh=0.18(0.27_4.20)

I met with bike accident in which my left hand got Fractured and as per doctor's advise surgery was imperative lower distal radius surgery was done on 7th September, 2017. As I am pursuing my MBA and I got job in Qatar. And the joining is in August, 2018 and for that they want GAMAC Medical Fitness Report. So what is GAMAC? I completed my Physiotherapy successfully and I find no difficulty in doing my daily work. So what test will be there in GAMAC? The surgery to hand will cause any problem to me during joining time? Hello, Age 79 As I am having nerve pain in the ankle and slowly it will spread to leg up to the waist the pain starts while walking. There is no pain while resting. Doctor given me numeth p for this. And I had an MRI of Lumbosacral Spine. In that L3/4 and L4/5 discs shows loss of height. Impression: single changes along the end plates adjacent to the L4/5 disc Diffuse bulge of L3/4 disc with posterocentral/ left paracentral protrusion with ligamentum flava thickening. Hi, I am diagnosed with pharyngitis by the doc nearby.It has been three days since consultation and medicine intake.But it is getting worse even after keeping all the parhej and drinking hot water.Yesterday I couldn't sleep all night due to continuous cough(khaansi) and also I was feeling fever.Then I got up at 4 in night to wear 2 extra sweater.But again khansi wasn't stopping.And it is not even release yellow cough(balgam).I didn't even eat anything from outside since last 2 months.And even when this was so minute I consulted my family doc so that it doesn't become major.Still it is showing worse symptoms day by day.Now I don't know whether to go to new doc or revisit him to tell him the scenario.
