Sir , i was on 3 doses per week ATT treatmentas doctor found the cause of fever is drug induced fever , doctor stops the ATT for 4 days... no fever occurs on those days after that doctor gave isonizid and ethambtol ,fever is 101.7 after gap of one day doctor gave pyrizidine,fever is 101.7 now from today doctor start daily dose of ATT ,today fever is 103 and according to doctor treatment is mandatory for curing the disease and it is also the possiblity that i have to take ATT along with paracetamol and chlorpromizine currently four drugs is in followup.... E,P,R,I reports like CBC ,LFT, altrasound of chest and abdomen are normal but infection patches are more in right lung and a part in left lung also 06/04/2017 6:18PM treatment starts on 22 feb....and culture report is about to release on 10 april

I have been suffering with sores since last 5 months with a regular interval of 10 to 15 days.First on the front portion of my head after that 2 appears on the back side of my head.I have consulted local dermatologist who diagnosed as psoriasis to my shock.I am using hair dye since 2013.After that I have stopped using hair dye. How ever my family Physician disagrees the same and the cause may be due to some infection. Previously whenever I suffer with itching I used to apply NIZORAL medicated shampoo since last 10 years very rarely.At that time I haven't suffered with these sores.In october2016 I have removed all my hair on head to perform last tributes to my mother.Since than I am suffering with these sore problem. 2 sores on my cheeks twice ,a small sore on left knee and now a sore on my left thigh with pus creating inconvenience. My son(march 2013 born) is getting recurrent cold and cough since november 2016..usually before that he treated with levolin syrup alone when he was in 2nd year after that once we had to go to nebulisation and after twice he had taken montelukast tablet along with levolin.this is the case when he was having viral only.since birth only twice given antibiotics when fever arises along with cold cough. Now yesterday doc gave him cipla huf puf kit with seroflo and montelukast tab for 2 months and one syrup broxum P. Never tell to give steam but whrnever i give him steam he s relieved. After having 2 puffs of seroflo (salmeterol and fluticasol) developed fast breathing with mouth about after an hour). That breathing was clearly visible it was like he is putting effort to breath.his speech also little disturbed..anyone will come to know something wrong is there..then he slept and and was fine after that.now morning also fine..i have not given any puffs in morning... Please help.

Hi, I'm having pain in the lower back and buttocks and from today I've also started having pain in the tail bone which is very uncomfortable. I'm not able to sleep on the back or the side comfortably due to the pain. I've had full spine x ray done, ap/l, to be normal, only comment which concerned me was that the spine has lost it's curvature, I've seen an orthopedic who said it's severe muscle spasm and advised complete bed rest, I've been prescribed acenac p, gabantin 100 and rablet 20, I need a second opinion. The doctor has thoroughly checked me, there was no pain or numbness in the legs or in the upper back, just pain in the lower back. But from today the pain has started with the tail bone. Hi Doct, I have undergone penile doppler and confirmed Peyronie’s condition about 2 years ago. I also tried the P-shot / PRP to avoid a surgery but unfortunately it didn't work well for me. The urologist now suggests booster shots but it is extremely costly and results aren't guaranteed. While researching on internet, I found plenty of treatment options mentioned in homeopathy. I am now extremely bothered as I am having difficulty in maintaining erections as well. The curvature is also too large that I am having moderate pain as well as for my partner during an intercourse causing inhibitions towards sex for both of us. Honestly I tried sex with different partner as well but all felt the same causing distress to myself. The curvature is also bothering me as it looks very awkward causing erection difficulties. Can any homeopathy doctor help me on this. How should I go about such a problem? My present urologist says it has to be continuously monitored to make sure it doesn't worsen up.

I have been on paxidep 12.5 alt day and i was absolutely fine in my mental state... from few days i have been having cervical issue cervicogenic headaches and dizziness/imbalance ... and after that i got bad spasm in my top of the shoulder .. andpain in back of my occipital area ..after this i have been experiencing vibrations in my hands and chest and felt like spinning in my sleep its adrenaline rush in my sleep and i am unable to sleep so much so i got panicked that what is happening my head got tensed now my pys is unable to understand .. he just chaged my meds to fluoxetine and paxidep ... but i dont want to take because i was absolutely fine after this cervical thing i dont know when ever i sleep at night in sides i get this flutter and vibration and i wake up ...and now i am photo sensitive got this unreal feeling in light .. i took clonozopam .5 mg and slept in peace as prescibed (occasionally)... please help me i feel its because of my spasm .. i really dont want more meds p

Hii doctor.. my husband  met wit an accident 2 months bak & he was injured at the anal region after taking to hospital dey did mri scan & performed anal alceration surgery & immediately did sutures as well. But with in 3 days his sutures worn off & doctors told him to let the wound heal openly but its been 2 months since the incident he still gets pain & leakage everyday whiteish pus kind of he is wearing sanitary pads & we could see the leakage still. I hve attached the pictures so plz go through that & let me know what can be done next, he is on complete bed rest since 2 months, he is not on any medication now but only uses t bact cream & metrogel-p.. everyday after bath..plz suggest something so he can get healed faster, one important thing is he used to suffer frm piles before the incident & during accident his external pile blasted with force since den he is not having piles issue so we suspect the wound present right now in picture is the same place which he had piles earlier

LN BETA 2.5/10 Still bp elevated, we check b.p daily twice a day In the morning and evening In the morning before medicine 152/95 Daily morning tablet at 8 am CILCAR 10/80 In the evening at 5 PM  before 155/95 Ln beta 2.5/10  6 p my mother has been taking her prescribed blood pressure medicines regularly without missing any doses. However, despite regular medication compliance, her blood pressure levels are still not stable. Her recent investigations, including 2D Echo and KFT, are within normal limits. There are no significant abnormal findings reported in these tests.

My wife growth scan results are below. I am worried because they said there is 2 weeks lag of growth of Head parameters compared to clinical gestational age.
