Hello myself Mahalaxmi, week back i have noticed small swelling below the left ear to jaw end im not sure from when it was there .. i noticed week back..i was having wisdom tooyh infection so i thought it is may be lymp node so i visited dentiest he diagnosed and said it is not because of tooth infection might be ear infection he prescribed amox 625  antibiotic, oosim-p and volvib SP for 3 days but it didnt reduce swelling reduce little bit compared to before after that i visited him again he did x-ray of the tooth n cleared me it is not tooth infection Vist ENT then i visited ENT specialist they asked for scan. i attached the scan report and they prescribed antibiotics attaching the prescription... but i dint started the course mean while my family doctor suggested no need to take antibiotics again jus leave it it go away on its own and gave Voveran-D 6 tabs and gave mumps injection but no improvement so is it better to take antibiotics prescribed by ENt Specialist ? Or it will go own

Hi Since 2 weeks I'm suffering from cough, itchy and sore throat. Now I don't have sore throat. Initially I was having dry cough for which Dr prescribed me to take glencoff dx syrup & aldigesic p & rapiclav 625 tablets for 2 days bt after some days yellow mucus started coming throughout the day . Even after taking cough syrup cough  is still there. From 2-3 days I'm feeling feverish bt temperature is 97 - 98. I'm feeling lethargic. Dr prescribed me to take almox 500 and cheston cold for 2 days. I even took it bt today I m coughing too much. I m drinking lukewarm water and gargling with salt water and steam inhalation bt cough still persists. In night one side of m nose feels blocked and in morning it feels wet. Head feels heavy. From 3-4 days I'm having toothache . Even after taking medicine, cough syrup, gargling and doing steam inhalation cough still persists. Sometimes i feel it's improving, sometimes it gets worse. What should I do?

When i scratch my head, such scales/flakes of dandruff peels off from my scalp and inner skin gets exposed. Once the flakes are peeled , scalp feels soft and exposed as if i peeled a wound. This flakes of dandruff condition were present since years and isn't getting better. These flakes are present on the entire left half of head and in the middle of head. Whenever i comb or scratch my head, these peels off. My hair  and scalp are extremely dry and i am facing extreme hairfall and hair thinning.   P s: i am not on any medications and i dont have any medical or hormonal conditions, periods are also regular, no pcos, pcod, or any such medical conditions, i am a non vegetarian and tries  to drink 2 litres of water every day, I am overweight(75kg- age 24, height-5'5in, student at home, distance education)  and not on any workout routine or diet, sleeps 8-9 hours, eats only home cooked food, no junk food intakes, oils hair before bath using cold pressed coconut oil. so,IDK  what's wrong

Name of some ayurvedic medicine which I have Gokshur Kadha, Kumari asava, Ashwagandharishta, Trikatu Churna, giloy vati, madhunashini etc. Name of allopathy medicine Alpha ketoanalogue, Eliquis (2.5mg),Thyronorm (25mcg) one time in a day, Sobosis (500mg), Renosave p (600mg), Amlodipine (10mg), Megahenz (40mg) two time in a day , Arkamin (0.1mg), Pirfenoid (200 mg) three times in a day, Aspirin (75mg) and Rozuvastin (20mg) in night etc. Sugar medicine Linagliptin (5 mg) BBF and glimepiride (1mg ) Before lunch and Glimepiride (0.5mg) before dinner.

Hello Doctors, My daughter is 2 years old and her current weight is 8.5kgs and height is 81cm. Both are less according to age. This really worry me. Delivery was planned C-section and no complications before and after delivery. Her Weight history is like this.Birth weight - 2.9kgs, at 6 months - 6kgs - at 12 months - 6.4kgs - at 18 months -7.7kgs - at 24 months -8.5 kgs. Started Giving her solids at 6 months. Have her different texture at different age. She was detected with vitamin D deficiency at 11 months. Doctor prescribed Calshine P drops for 3 months. But still her Weightand height is not satisfactory. We give her all the home mode food, yoghurt, fruits veggies still no significant improvement in her weigth. She is achieving all the age appropriate milestone on/before time. She is still on Breastfeed and dont take any animal milk. Sometime she fusses around food but sometimes eat well. She looks really undernourished. Can this cause any health/development problem in later

Hi all, I have done STD panel test and in that I found few result 1. HSV 1+ 2 IgM = <0.500 non reactive 2. HSV 1+2 IgG serum at CLIA = >30.0 reactivate 3 TPHA serum at Agglutination = negative 4 HIV 1& 2 Antibodies Screening test = negative 5 HIV 1/2 & P 24 combo test = 0.07 non reactivate Last time when I did HSV 1+2 IgG in that it was 5.1 but now it has increased to 30 i don't know reason even i had only two times sex in whole 3 months  but with protection . So even there was no outbreaks even after sex and even after masturbations . I do masturbation a week but that not hard way ... Normal masturbations  . I don't smoke not even drink any liquor or dont eat non veg .. i am 100% veg and I have left sugar to from 2 to 3 months .. normally i don't eat sugar related stuff .. still don't know what's issue Kindly tell me what to do . Even i have started course for HSV 1+2 IgG but still I don't know what to do ... I have attached a images of report please check it Thanks .

My father was diagnosed with simple cyst 1.9x2cm in upper pole of Right kidney and fatty liver in a Ultra sound Abdomen on September, 2017. After few months, he was unable to urinate properly. So we admitted him to the hospital and in a CT scan KUB(P)  it was reported that  the right kidney stone of 7mm was located at the upper ureter,  a hyperdense  csytic lesion of 25x24 mm was seen& left kidney stone of 3mm was located at middle calyx. The urologist has placed DJ stenting due to heart disease & he was able to urinate normally. It was reported in CT SCAN-KUB(Technique used-Serial Axial section)  that stent was in  proper place & there was only 5mm right kidney stone was found & no report of cyst lesion was found. We have removed DJ stenting by the Urologist. Whether the renal cyst disappear in 2nd CT scan? Whether the technique used in CT scan is same or  different?

It was around 9:30 p.m, 17th Feb, when i was about to leave my chair in the workstation to get up snd leave for home, i felt an unusual pain in my left big toe. I almost limped all the way to the parking. It was 19th Feb morning when i consulted orthopaedics. Without a second doubt he prescribed me 3 tests ( TSH, Uruc Acid, blood sugar). I was damn sure that nothing could be wrong. To my utter surprise below were the results Uric acid: 8 mg/ dl TSH: 6.4 ulU/ml Blood sugar:81 mg/dl Cholesterol: 216 mg/dl Next day i got to hear that i am a victim of gout. Doctor directed me to meet physician Since then It is been more than 12 days now..i am still suffering from extreme pain(unable to step, walk properly). Pain is just unbearable and not just getting away. I am taking following medicines 1. Movon-p for pain 2. Tendo care 3. Feburic 40 mg for uric acid 4. Eltrouin 25 mg 5. Rosavel 5mg. how long will i suffer?? please suggest some way out before i die of this unbearable pain!! :(

On last Wednesday 12-Oct-2016 morning I suddenly feel severe headache and vibration in body.i went to family doctor they does not identify and give some medicine.same night same problem occurred we went to MD.they give medicine - Clonotril-0.5 .That time it becomes normal.Next day morning same thing once again same medicine.We have done some medical test ( For:Urine ALB:Absent,SUG:Absent,BS:Negative,BP:Negative,PUS:2-3,RBC:0-1,CRY.:Absent,HB:12.0,WBC:7300,P:67.8,L:22.1,E:2.6,M:6.9,PLT:392000,CREAT:0.79,SGPT:10.9,ESR-1:06,ESR-2:10,P.VIVAX:Not Detected,P.FALCIPARUM:Not Detected,TSH:1.92, Fasting blood sugar: 68.6. We have also done CT Brain it is also normal. But still problem is same. Other medications given by doctor and continue from 5 days are Ciplar-10, Suprabenz Plus 10, Ondem MD 8, Rabium 20. Clonotril-0.5 taken only when condition get worse.Taken on (12-oct night, 13-oct morning, 16-oct night)
