My wife was having severe cough because of which she got fever last week. We went to a nearby doctor and she prescribed below mentioned medicines and tests for malaria, dengue, typhoid, urine routine with culture, cbc etc. All came negative except a slight infection in urine routine and culture was negative again. As the fever was high she gave her an injection as well. Now the problem is where she got an injection it's still paining and blood is coming from her nose every evening. I went to the doctor again and she gave her new medicine. Now the biggest problem is she is in Gujarat for a business trip and we are in Bangalore and moreover she is still having pain where injection was administered and nose bleed and cough is there. Please advice! This past Friday night, I tripped and stubbed my toe on the heat register. Yesterday, I took OTC for pain relief, and kept it wrapped with neosporin to avoid dirt. (I bartend and drive beer cart at a golf course so I am on my feet basically my whole shift 6 days a week.) And of course, I've banged it on 2 chairs since Friday night. Today, I tried to let the wound get some fresh air, but when I got home, I noticed what looked like clear puss coming out of the wound & I am now in extreme pain. Medication hasn't helped me pain wise. I used Hydro P. And made sure to clean it up when I got home. The toe nail now looks like it is about 1/3 of the way off down at the nail bed. Is there anything else that can help soothe my pain? Should I let it fall off naturally?

Hello, i had a shoulder injury. I went for ultrasound of shoulder. And it said. 1. RT long head of bicep tendon shows a 37*23mm size fluid collection at deeper aspect in proximal belly after insertion. Suggest p/o partial tear. 2. A hyperechoic avulsion chip of bone of 5mm is seen near tear. Doctor gave some medicines for 2 weeks and then suggested me for physiotherapy and i am going for that daily. And it is somehow effecting and i am gaining strength, but very slowly. And it looks like still it will take long time. I some time feel very sad for this and get negative thoughts. Actually the injury happened while playing cricket, when i was bowling fast. And since then i can not play cricket. I want to know: 1. What this injury is this called? The exact name. 2. Is this completely recoverable through physiotherapy? And if yes how long it will take? Please help me. Thanks

Sir , i was on 3 doses per week ATT treatmentas doctor found the cause of fever is drug induced fever , doctor stops the ATT for 4 days... no fever occurs on those days after that doctor gave isonizid and ethambtol ,fever is 101.7 after gap of one day doctor gave pyrizidine,fever is 101.7 now from today doctor start daily dose of ATT ,today fever is 103 and according to doctor treatment is mandatory for curing the disease and it is also the possiblity that i have to take ATT along with paracetamol and chlorpromizine currently four drugs is in followup.... E,P,R,I reports like CBC ,LFT, altrasound of chest and abdomen are normal but infection patches are more in right lung and a part in left lung also 06/04/2017 6:18PM treatment starts on 22 feb....and culture report is about to release on 10 april

I have been suffering with sores since last 5 months with a regular interval of 10 to 15 days.First on the front portion of my head after that 2 appears on the back side of my head.I have consulted local dermatologist who diagnosed as psoriasis to my shock.I am using hair dye since 2013.After that I have stopped using hair dye. How ever my family Physician disagrees the same and the cause may be due to some infection. Previously whenever I suffer with itching I used to apply NIZORAL medicated shampoo since last 10 years very rarely.At that time I haven't suffered with these sores.In october2016 I have removed all my hair on head to perform last tributes to my mother.Since than I am suffering with these sore problem. 2 sores on my cheeks twice ,a small sore on left knee and now a sore on my left thigh with pus creating inconvenience. My son(march 2013 born) is getting recurrent cold and cough since november 2016..usually before that he treated with levolin syrup alone when he was in 2nd year after that once we had to go to nebulisation and after twice he had taken montelukast tablet along with levolin.this is the case when he was having viral only.since birth only twice given antibiotics when fever arises along with cold cough. Now yesterday doc gave him cipla huf puf kit with seroflo and montelukast tab for 2 months and one syrup broxum P. Never tell to give steam but whrnever i give him steam he s relieved. After having 2 puffs of seroflo (salmeterol and fluticasol) developed fast breathing with mouth about after an hour). That breathing was clearly visible it was like he is putting effort to breath.his speech also little disturbed..anyone will come to know something wrong is there..then he slept and and was fine after that.now morning also fine..i have not given any puffs in morning... Please help.
