I am 32 yr old female . currently I am 7 weeks 2 days pregnant..I had this huge abdominal cramp today at around 2am in the morning. I was sleeping .it was sudden and severe.has difficulty while passing urine . accompanied by lowe abdominal cramp .the pain subsided within 45 mins.i went to sleep .woke up p with mild cramping on one side of lower abdomen.now o am not facing any severe cramps.thimgs are normal when I am lying down in bed .I feel little uncomfortable when walking .is it normal? I usually feel a little bot of cramp every day that subsides after some time or when I change position.but I am really scared after what happened today .can anyone help please

My baby girl is 1 year n 3 months old and she is having cough from 4 days and fever from 2 days but no running nose and doctor prescribed SINEREST Af syrup 1 ml in the morning and ASCORIL LS Afternoon n night 1.5ml and L montus 1.5 ml in the night and MEFTAL P And Medimol drops alternatively every 4 to 6 hours. And from 2 days she s on medication but the cough has not reduced and fever is also coming every 4 hours and kindly suggest wt to be done ? No running nose

I had unprotected intercourse on 7th may and I took ipill on 10th My last menstrual period date was 17 April and my expected menstrual period date was 17 may On 21st may I had bleeding (12th day after taking I pill and 5th day later of my expected menstrual period date) this bleeding last for 5 days First 3 days I had heavy bleeding with thick stretchy mucus like blood and last 2 days I had light bleeding On 29th may today I had done beta hcg test and results is 0.48 miu/ml and I had u p t done results is negative Is there is change of pregnancy after all this happened

Age 31, Iam pregnant women, As per scan iam 18th week. Madam my problem is getting Continiously bleeding, whole day, pads are getting in 1 hour some time and 2 to 3 hrs some time, Doctor is saying, Bleeding cant stop now, it will be coming Continiously, Iam getting very tense at the time of bleeding, that time i dant have energy and getting diziness, My blood report saying 8.1, Today i went to hospital, Doctor was suggested, for stoping bleeding, Given injection. For blood purpose iron injection suggested. In scan report. P PLACENTA:LARGE subchronic bleed in posterior wall of uterus measuring 7.9x2.8x4.0cm. 🙏 Plz help me madam, Some times my mind is getting, i will go for abortion. My baby has been experiencing high fever for the past three days, which has been fluctuating. He is currently teething, and we have noticed that his right canine gum is swollen and red. We have been administering paracetamol every 6 hours, and Meftal P when the paracetamol doesn't seem to work. Despite this, his temperature keeps on fluctuating, with a maximum temperature of 103°F throughout the day. We have also noticed that at times his arms and legs feel cold, while his body and head feel very hot. We are concerned about his health and would appreciate your guidance on what we can do to help alleviate his symptoms. Thank you in advance for your assistance.

My daughter is almost 6. She had had fever for the last 3 days. The temp goes up to 103, then goes down to 98 after meftal or paracetamol goes up again ate 5 hrs and comes down. She has  slight shivering once in a while. She's also on azithral.200. 2 doses done as of now. I'm giving her paracetamol every 5 hours now and meftal p once in 8 hrs or as reqd. Her fever increases mostly at noon and late evening. She's active with fever although when is high she feels a Lil tired. Her poop is normal, she has a bit of phlegm and occasional cough. Should it give blood tests. She had no symptoms of typhoid or malaria or anything else. So I'm not sure. Is this viral. When will this get better. Pl advice. I'm anxious. It's 3 days as of tonight. Hello doctor, My son is 4.5 years of age. He had loose motions, so given OFM syrup followed by echonorm sachets for 5 days ( July 26 th to July 30 th) and it is cured completely. After that he got fever of 100.3 to 101 on August 1st so I gave him paracetamol syrup p-250 but fever was not under control for 4 days and as per the pediatrician recommendation we have done few blood tests(attached reports) yesterday. Doctor prescribed an antibiotic polyclav dry syrup for 5 days and now th e fever is reduced. Pls confirm me as due to infection are there High lymphocytes and low monocytes etc.His CRP is 7.2. Kindly suggest me how to increase his weight and make him healthy.

Hi, about 1 month ago, I had suffered from right testicular pain and then two doctors provisionally diagnosed me with epididymo-orchitis. The last doctor gave Amoxyclav 625 for 5 days, Hetrazen 100 for 3 weeks and Zerodol P for 5 days. Didn't give me any test. This group of medicines worked and the pain totally went away for 10 days. But unfortunately I ended up masturbating and the pain relapsed after 10 days. Though it's not as intense like before. Sometimes radiating towards top right in front of waist area. I never had any obvious injury to the testicles in recent years at least or scrotum and there is no separate pain if i touch or move the testes. I have not followed up with the doctor due to temporary financial issues. Can I continue the same meds and for how long?
