Hi doc My baby is 1.3 years old and weighs 10.2kgs. She had fever on 4th Sep 2020 which subsided by 3rd day. Now since yesterday morning she is having fever which sometimes goes to 102.5. Giving her earlier prescribed medicine (pcm nad meftal P). Paracetamol does not work that much, but meftal P helps to reduce fever. I want your help what could be the reason she is getting frequent fevers. Nor i or my husband have any cold cough or fever.

My son age 5 years Weight 14 kg Four days having Cold Cough Fever Used medicine Alex P Clamp kid forte P 250 All cleared no fever from 3 days. The problem From yesterday again mild fever and cough started.. I didn't understand again what happened. Plz suggest.

Dr. Has precesribed astymin c and calcimax p syrup for my baby she is 4 month old nad weighd only 4.6 kg her birth weight was 2.8 kg.. But if i give calcimax baby start direha type motion for 5-6 times a day.. Is there any alternate medicine of calcimax p for bbay weight gain

I suddenly feel chest pain in centre for 2 to 3 min and goes to right side but after passing gas it's normal. I m taking dizine syrup. And some medicine for high b. P and sugar. Also. B. P avg 75/150 Pulse rate avg 52/min. Sugar avg 7.9 My lipid profile test is high Due to this lock down I m not able to go to hospital.. Plz consult

My son is 16 month old and since morning he has been suffering from high fever 102-103F.we started giving meftal p as there was no impact of paracetamol. Last time we gave 3 ml of mental P  @12.30 PM & 2.5 ml)Azithral 250  and by 1:30 PM it got little subsidized and now at  6:00 PM he again got 103F.its been only 5 Hrs after last dose. His weight is 9.8kg. Please suggest

My son completed his antibiotic course for 5 days mox cv dx 457mg for ear pain yesterday. Today he was fine and active now after he sleeps when I touched him his body is hot and checked his temperature twice n it’s 102 F Is paracetamol 250mg 4ml is enough or should go for meftal p syrup?? If meftal p what should be it’s dose age??

I had body weekness, fever and vomiting for past 3 days. I consulted a doctor and was suggested for 3 doses of  olondansetron tablets and 4 tablets of zerodol p. I have taken all Meds of ondanseton by now and 2 medicines of zerodol p. And I just ended by vomiting but I don't have any fever and body weekness also body pain is less enough to be tolerable. Should I continue with the medicine ? Also should I go for CBC/ESR/dengue test?

DEAR DRS, My son is having fever since 4 days from thurday night i started with MEPTHAL P,ZIFI 100 mg but fever comes back after 4 hrs ( 102~103). One of my collegaue child has same symptoms and her dr. Precribed MEFTAGESIC-DS AND ZIFI 100 mg. Is Meftagesic-DS better than Mepthal P
