Hairfall,breast secretion
A friend of mine has been experiencing incessant hairfall since a month.Also,she has been complaining about a fluid discharge from her breasts.Upon diagnosis and conducting some tests,nothing conclusive has come up so far. P: She also has thyroid but the tests showed it was well under control.

Hi there...hairfall can occur due to a number of causes like teligen effluvium, androgenetic alopecia, associated with various disorders like thyroid disorders, iron deficiency, etc. All these will have to be evaluated. So kindly consult a dermatologist for that. Also any treatment of hairfall will take sometime to work, about 3-6months. It won't be sudden. And the discharge from her breast could be completely unrelated to hairfall. It will also need proper examination. For that you can consult a dermatologist or surgeon for that.
