I consult with near by dermatologist for hair fall(early stage) where she suggest ,Mx 5 solution to apply daily n night 2ml ,dermacol H tablet daily n night for 3months,keto -AZ shampu once a weak,and my lip was burned and cracked,she suggested motimesh-SF morning n night,and chaptex lip balm every 1 hour,and I have white patch in my face with white hair(within the area of white patch),she suggested takfa fort 0.1% . Is these all medicine are good to use because all these medicine are costly and I am in confusing that it will cure all the desse or she is making money. Or shall I go to other dermatologist. Plz suggest me

Recent blood test revealed that my mother has 34.8% HCT, 82.9 fl MCV, 26.6 pg MCH, 17.3% RDW-CV and 14.82 Leukocyte Count (10^3/microlitre). She has also shown 13.4 fl MPV and 35.5 fl PDW. She is on recovery from a recent bout of bronchitis and has been taking Duolin, Budetrol inhalers, Clavam 625, Defcort 12 with Rapitus Plus and Ascoril SF syrups. What should be our next step ? Please help.

Could dehydration cause heart rate to raise I am currently on calaptin sr 120 BD , CTD 12.5 morning. My TMT ECHO LIPIDS RFT SF PP HB1C THYROID normal. My BP remains elevated 135/76 to 154/82.Earlier was on concor am5/5 morning and Telma am 40/5. Why my BP does not come to normal range. Since yesterday my Doc advised to take Etozola 0.5 bed time for ten days. Kindly advise do I need to undergo any other test or change in medication. Regards

Respect Sir/Ma'am, I get a very painful hormonal cramps which leads to stomach ache, tender breasts,thigh and hip pain and it is difficult for me to sit at one place for a long time. At home I rely on hot water bag. But at work I intake maftal spas tablet only on 1st day of my period. And only couple of times I have taken it on second day of the period incase the crams are sever.but I have heard the pain controls are not safe and can led to infertility. I am 27 years old single women.if in future I plan for a baby. Will the medication affect it. Please help. And if there is any alternate and safe solution for period cramps then please provide me. Hello, Took paid video consultation and had medicine course of 5 days, fever was not there and was feeling little weak after having AZITHRAL 500mg and Crosin 650mg tabs for 5 days. Having tender coconut, papaya and good food but still feeling weak. Taking Polybion SF Syrup and other tabs which need to be taken for 2 weeks, today again i have 99.5 fever, can i take crosin 650mg and continue other medicine. No cough, sugar, headache or cold. Should i need to go for corona test?

I am taking mondeslor and A to Z vitamin tab daily at night after dinner for allergy prescribed by Dr from last 15 days . I had a cough before 20 days and  after online consultation with Dr. He Prescribed me Allegra M,  AZEE antibiotics tab and Brozodex SF syrup for 5 days. After 5 days my cough was almost cured but I had a runny nose. Later cunstulation with Dr. He Dignosed  that I am having nasobronchial allergy and prescribed me. Mondeslor and A to Z tab for 21 days. My cough and cold is almost gone but from last 7 days I am having chest pain which is varying (some times in left or  right and some time in middle). Chest pain is more in evening and after lying on back Daily after wake up thick mucus is coming with cough. Please suggest me what should I do.

Hi, I am 28 year old. Physically I am fit and always have a good appetite and good health. But I suffer from cough always. Sometimes it's very very less and sometimes it's unbearable. If I take ice cream or get into cold environment where temperature is very low I got cough quickly. I never get rid with this cough. It's sometimes very high or low but it is always present. Broxy SF is one cough syrup which help reducing high cough but nothing finishes it completly. Its been more then 10 years now since I identify myself facing this cough issue. Kindly guide what shall I do to cure it permanently.

When she takes Dolo fever comes down for 2 hours ...again after 2-3 hours fever is back Dont know what to do ..Plz guide

Due to slight pain in lower abdomen, doctor has suggested to go for USG test. Following are the findings 1: Right upper polar cortical cyst with wall Calcification. Non obstructing echogenic foci seen in left middle calyx with 4.4 mm.. Impression 1: Bilateral grade 1 renal parenchymal diases 2: multiple cortical cyst seen Bilaterally 3: left renal nephrolithiasis 4: Grade 2 prostatomegaly After that we have gone to check up with urologist who has given following medicines 1: Potrate SF syrup 2: Alfusin D tablet Along with following test 1: PSA, UREA, Creatinine 2: CECT KUB 3: UROFLOMETRY So, whether ALFUSIN D is safe as this has some adverse effects.. Whether CECT KUB is safe test as one diagnosis said it may take injection to carry out the test..
