I am a 29 year old male taking medicines for asthma and allergic rhinitis. I am taking Airtec SF 250 inhaler, ABphylline SR 200 mg and Montek FX. At the nightime and sometimes in the day time, I feel as if my heart is pounding fast. Also, sometimes in the nightime, I feel chest discomfort- I am unable to lay down still as I have to move here and there in bed to relieve chest discomfort. Some years back, for the same problem, I underwent ECG and Echocardiogram test and test reports were normal. Could it be due to side effect of these medicine.

I had a big boil on my buttock..Dr prescribed me PAD D capsule along with SUMO and Clavam 625 mg.She also prescribed me Chetomesh SF ointment. Though the boil has drained out it has left a big hole and wound which is not healing up since last 4 days..it still continues to cause bitting sensation and is extremely painful..

My grandfather,93, is a high bp and hypertension patient, nowadays his feet are swelling for some reasons. and he is having chest pains. He currently takes gtn sorbitrate 2.6 cr twice a day and amlokind 10 mg with the quikhale 250 sf inhaler. Can you tell me why his feet are swelling and prescribe a medicine. Thanks.

I m suffering with cold& cough last 2 week. While in morning (cold time) cough is continuous and become through pain, if any dust in air air that time also continues cough. And I consulted a doctor. he prescribed digihaler SF 250 , aziklin 250,mecmont tablets. My doubt is, is it my problem is simple cold cough or due to allergic.... How I know it.

I have problem of sneezing, running nose and more thick discharge of mucous from the left side nose in comparison to right side since 6th September 2021. There is no fever. I took zedex / bro zedex sf syrup, Allegra 180 and Azee 500 medicines. The problem is still continuing. It is more in the morning when I get up. Kindly suggest some suitable medicine for this. I am having redness on my glans for last one year and applied nadoxin gel, eumosone-m , candid B, onabet-B, chitomesh-SF as per doctors recommendation but still suffering with the same. I never had sex but masturbate 2 times a week. I don't want to lose my foreskin and my sugar level and CBC is normal. Attaching photos too.

And montair tablet. We both are taking it course is complete mine cough is ok with gargle and steam . What my wife can take additionally for more quick recovery from cough. She is on same medication as I am . She has started taking kadha now once. Please suggest good cough remedy .

I've wheezing issues since 2 weeks which has led to difficulty in breathing and chest pain. It has happened before in July. I've been taking DIGIHALER SF 250 whenever the problem gets extreme. I think it's the Bangalore's weather I'm allergic to because it all started since Febrauary when i came here. Could you please help me with what all things I should avoid & what else could I be allergic to?

Hello doctor, i am facing some throat problem due to some vocal cord problems. I saw a ent doctor he does a wrong diagnosis and give me some medicine of GERD (Gastroesophageal reflux diease). I eat all the medicine Now i am really very scared because i eat wrong medicine..i have not gerd but i eat the medicine of gerd...can this does wrong reaction and cause gerd in future ..i am very scared please give a reply of this.. I am literally very scared..please give me a reply.. The medicine what i eat 1)junior lanzol 30 for just 4 days because then i contact another e.n.t doctor and my problem was diagnosed 2) 5 days(Ancool suspension) When i started researching i saw that these medicine are prescribed for gerd but i have not gerd.. so as per as science i am taking wrong medication Can i stop taking this medicine or complete the course because i have not gerd but he still gave me this Now my problem was diagnosed but if i don't complete the course of this can i have gerd  in my  future..

I was under medication for tonsilitis for last 1 mnth ... I was given antibiotic(forenza 325) antihistamine (montair fx) antacid(gr8 od and ancool) antidepressants (placida plus) after 3 days of starting of medicine I cannot urinate properly there is urine in my bladder but it's not coming out smoothly I have to give tremendous pressure for 3-4 minutes for the urine to come out.. once it comes out it catches the flow and total urine is removed smoothly .. jst to start the urination I have to give immense pressure ...if my bladder is totally full then I have to give less pressure but if bladder is not enough full but u can feel.there us urine I need to urinate the problem arises I cannot start the urine.normally. my USG KUBP report all normal urologist gave ston 1syrup and silodal 8 ....3 days passed.no relief ...don't know what is the problem.my bladder muscles or the nerves??.my report normal but why am facing this tremendous prblm..plz help.
