I eat some medicine for a diease.

Hello doctor, i am facing some throat problem due to some vocal cord problems. I saw a ent doctor he does a wrong diagnosis and give me some medicine of GERD (Gastroesophageal reflux diease). I eat all the medicine Now i am really very scared because i eat wrong medicine..i have not gerd but i eat the medicine of gerd...can this does wrong reaction and cause gerd in future ..i am very scared please give a reply of this.. I am literally very scared..please give me a reply.. The medicine what i eat 1)junior lanzol 30 for just 4 days because then i contact another e.n.t doctor and my problem was diagnosed 2) 5 days(Ancool suspension) When i started researching i saw that these medicine are prescribed for gerd but i have not gerd.. so as per as science i am taking wrong medication Can i stop taking this medicine or complete the course because i have not gerd but he still gave me this Now my problem was diagnosed but if i don't complete the course of this can i have gerd  in my  future..
