How long do i need to take polybion syrup vitamin b12 deficiency? I am 24M, taking 10 ml mrng and evng after a meal. Med history: I had h pylori(took antibiotics) and got the gallbladder removed recently.

I have been vomiting whatever i eat or drink immediately, i am taking troxip, rabifast xl, cintodac and ancool syrup. However there is no improvement. I feel hungry but can't eat anything. I have been taking these medicines since last 10 days. I get sour taste in saliva.

I can feel my Throat and back of the Tongue a little bit kind of Sollowen after taking the Ancool Syrup after dinner. But the doctor also pascribe me to have Simcon Tablet after dinner. I just wanted to check if this can go wrong.
