Hi, I'm male 20, I'm having runny nose, dry cough and itchiness in throat. I'm covid negative, it's seasonal flu. I have two cough syrup available, Alex and Zedex-SF, pls kindly tell me which one should I take ?

The mucus got stick to the throat sometimes feel like dry throat but there is mucus in the throat, no any other problem other than this,I tried gargle but din't worked ,I tried antibiotics Indiclav 625 and syrup dexura SF problem dint cleared,so kindly please suggest a medicine for this problem

I am getting irritation  in my throat which is causing cough sometimes when I talk much .No fever , No sir Throat .I consulted doctor and he suggested cepodem 200mg 5 days morning & night and Alex SF syrup 7.5ml morning & night for 5 days but still I don't see no improvement .When I have raw clove the irritation stops . Could you please advise on the same .

Due to heavy fever my peadiatrician given a dose of cefixime, paracetamol,ondancetron, and bifilac drysyp,mefanamic acid.now the fever slightly reduced mild fever is there. but severely throat are infected ..can I give polybion sf b complex to my kid?? I have toe nail fungus / infection since while. I tried salicylic sf 12 and propysalic nf ointment. But no improvement. Since this morning I am seeing the toe as in picture with pain. I think removing nail is only remedy. I am from Bangalore.. please suggest if any alternative. And am I need to consult general surgeon or dermatologist?

I have been problem in my period flow. I take medicine on my doctor advice. He advises me M2Tone Syrup ,Jiyco g tablets and Lexifit SF for 3 months. I am taking these medicines since last 2 months but my periods problems get worst .Last Month I got period only for 1 -2 day and flow was very less .Nd This month I am not having date yet .

I know that gerd and lpr is same thing but i only feel coughing when to talk ... I have problem of sneezing, running nose and more thick discharge of mucous from the left side nose in comparison to right side since 6th September 2021. There is no fever. I took zedex / bro zedex sf syrup, Allegra 180 and Azee 500 medicines. The problem is still continuing. It is more in the morning when I get up. Kindly suggest some suitable medicine for this.
