Nail fungus and infection
I have toe nail fungus / infection since while. I tried salicylic sf 12 and propysalic nf ointment. But no improvement. Since this morning I am seeing the toe as in picture with pain. I think removing nail is only remedy. I am from Bangalore.. please suggest if any alternative. And am I need to consult general surgeon or dermatologist?

It’s badly infected IGTL. It has to be treated along with surgical removal. Consult a surgeon

Consult a dermatologist. Medical treatment will work. Treatment will take atleast 6 months
