Ingrow foot nails
My left and right foot thumb nail ingrow. Pain when press with hand. I have smoking and sometime pain in legs.

Soak Your Feet In Water
When the nail is softer, the pain lessens and the chances of removing the affected portions of the nail increase dramatically. After soaking your feet for about 20-30 minutes in warm water, try to remove the troublesome portion of the nail with tweezers.
if it still hurt kindly visit near by surgeon for the procedure.
Next Steps
u can have antibiotics course after the removal and some anti inflammatory medicine also.
