I have pain in my thumb nail when pressed for the past 3 weeks and discoloration. I've attached the pictures for reference.

Cap Vizylac 1 time per day for 1 week after food. Ointment-Betnovate M 2 time per day for 1 week Tab Levocetrizine 5 mg 1 time per day for 1 week.
