Respect Sir/Ma'am,
I get a very painful hormonal cramps which leads to stomach ache, tender breasts,thigh and hip pain and it is difficult for me to sit at one place for a long time. At home I rely on hot water bag. But at work I intake maftal spas tablet only on 1st day of my period. And only couple of times I have taken it on second day of the period incase the crams are sever.but I have heard the pain controls are not safe and can led to infertility. I am 27 years old single women.if in future I plan for a baby. Will the medication affect it. Please help. And if there is any alternate and safe solution for period cramps then please provide me.
