My son is speech delayed. he used to speak with he was 1+ and suddenly stopped. He doesn't respond quickly if we can him. He is 2 yrs old. I wanted to know whom I should take him? Child psychologist or clinical psychologist to check for ASD.

How should I get ride off afraid in my life of office work . I always afraid of future if some escalation will come or this is wrong if some body will ask in future how will I answer or scheduled call with customer or internal team how should I get ride .

Please help me out with this. I get too stressed thinking about something especially when one does not respond to the context instead they just tell what they want to. And I get so irritated because of this due to which I get into an emotional stress and speak out which I am not suppose to. Also I want to be the same with my inner emotions as well. For example, my heart keeps telling what I am doing is wrong and I feel sorry but my brain says no what I am doing is correct. Indeed I could tell that I get two different thoughts at the same time. I just don't want this to effect my relationship.

I overthink a lot. i keep on talking to myself when in public or alone. I feel depressed. i dont feel motivated for anything. I keep on thinking about my past. i am lost most of the time even in social gathering. i feel to end my life. I need help plz. who to talk.

It's been more than a year, I have no sense of direction, I always feel sad. I have no energy to do anything. Plus I have alopecia aerata which has made it worse.

I am suffering from GAD for the past 2 years but only recently I came to know this. I have sleeping problems, difficulty in sleeping and stay asleep, acidity, sometimes numbness in feet or hands, worrying, and difficulty in concentrating while studying. The anxiety is high before any big events like exams, presentations, etc.

I am facing retroactive jealousy for my partner and now I am taking pills for anxiety. Please help me to get cure I don't want to loose her.
