Accident 10 days back
I am currently preparing for NEET PG which is on 18 April. Everything was going good 10 days back. I met an accident and couldn't recall the accident when i gained consciousness. After that it has been tough to get back in the groove and am feeling really down and hopeless. Can't concentrate enough and am loosing time as well. Injuries due to the accident are making it worse to cope up with. I need to get through this time as I missed by very few last time.

You are going through PTSD. Please be kind to your self , as what you have gone through is not easy. I am glad you gathered courage and trying to seek help. There are a few mins focus therapies to build you back in shape. Counselling definitely helps. You can try yoga for building concentration and focus. Also do the gratitude that you survived the accident and got another chance.

Hi, it's horrible that you met with such a bad accident. I'm sure the experience must've been super traumatic for you. For anyone who has met with trauma, it would be difficult to get back to a routine. However, don't pressure yourself but in stead take it slow and steady. You will have to reach to a level where you can prioritise and compartmentalize your thoughts and feelings. To achieve that, you will require the help of a therapist. Please find one asap on practo. You can contact me as well if you wish to have a session.

Yes, indeed you are ticking away the time.. As you are aware, you need to make it.. If possible, join with skne of your friends who are also preparing for this exam, and be in the loop. Take the necessary medicines, to rid of the pain, so that you can focus on the studies.. You can do it.. Just get up and do things.. You can make it.. All the best..
