M in relationship wid a person for 8 years, we always thought to be togather but things have changed drastically..he is avoiding me now may be because he know dat his parents will not agree for our relationship,...i tried alott to be far from him, do not contact him, but every step taken by me brought difficulty for me. Its been 7 days or more , m not able to sleep. I feel sleepy but cant help myself to sleep. I also feel uneasiness in chest. Please provide any medication for sleep

For panic and anxiety is it required to take medicine? I have consulted doctor and I was prescribed medicine. After taking one time last night, today I am feeling my hands are shaking. This is very scary. Is medicine really needed to treat anxiety or panic disorders?? These medicines are scaring me. I never experienced this kind of trembling of fingers or speech. I don't want to call new big problems while treating an existing smaller problem. Medicine taken was clonazepam 0.25 mg.

Hi iam 27 married and have 1 year old child I always worry about my health due to that I have undergone unecessary ct scans which came all normal also I have anger issues I always shout and abuse my husband I know he is wrong but he is good also but still I always mock him scold him and shout at him and later I feel bad about my behavior.also few days I feel good few days I feel iam not keeping well .now from few days I came to know ct scan is radiation and cause cancer I have undergone 4 ct scans and 3 X-rays now iam worried if I will get cancer in future and spoiling my health what can I do to change my behavior.

I am unable to sleep at night how to cure this problem is yognidra beneficial in this condition help me doctors

Hi, Doctor I think I am an introvert because I don't talk to much people Sometimes I don't know how to talk also to some people mostly strangers and when I talk to my teachers elders etc I am more likely to stammer. I feel more tensed to talk to girls also. I fell that I talked wrong after having conversation with them . Once I loved a girl but I felt very scared and later I dropped the plan to propose her. I also don't know how to make the girls my friend (not ment girlfriend just normal friend) also. I always feel I am imperfect. So doctors please help me

I'm experiencing headache in back head for last 2months, when I'm alone don't how & why body start trembling along with palpitations & difficulties in breathing. If I stand or sit on chair feels like I'll fall anytime. Could you please help me to get rid of it.

I have trouble sleeping, when I go to sleep, it takes 3-4 hours to fall me asleep and I keep thinking about anything in these 3-4 hours. Due to this problem i'm unable  to complete my daily task and due to this i feel anxiety and stress and headache daily.

Dear Doctor My Father is in his 50s, he has heart operation done twice, has diabetes, high blood pressure, diagnosed with TB recently and lung infection. He has lot of anger, mentally tortures family members, threaten to leave home and commit suicide, drinks alcohol to his frustration out, constantly chews tobacco, doesn't workship any God. His feeling are dead. Need help for him. I don't understand what kind of doctor or whom to approach for this. Regards

I am a 20 years old male, Before 4 months i was having anxiety attacks and other symptoms, but after taking antidepressant medications such as (clomipramine and escitalopram) the symptoms and the anxiety attacks disappeared, no more anxiety attacks... but is there any chance if i have pheochromocytoma? Would the symptoms disappear by antidepressants if i have pheochromocytoma?
