Psychological Counselling

Need counselling alone. Dealing with lot of negativity,self doubt,anxiety. I jst need to talk it out

Depression, no urge to push myself for any day to day activities. Feeling lost and not able to get out of career failures and try for new career opportunities. So many things are happening at once, which are making me anxious and depressed.

I am covid positive since 7th dec and first day was 4th dec, now when should do rested so that I can be covid negative.

How can I get rid of my dreams? I don't know what I see in dreams because i don't remember anything after my waking up in the morning. But soon after waking up, it is known that I was dreaming something. Due to these dreams I am not able to sleep well, due to which my weight is also getting reduced. And these dreams never come but daily. I really want a solution because I'm not able to do my work properly. I became very sadistic because of not getting sound sleep.

I live in some different state fr whch m not much eager to learn my own mother tongue..apart from society gatherings..there is not much requirement..so is it necessary to learn

My daughter has above mentioned issues since childhood.. may be because of my divorce n a very bright older sister. Has low self esteem, n superiority complex. Had problem with counting/Math,doesn't trust me or her sister ,trusts outsiders, hides things,lies without any reason, keeps changing friends and boyfriends,deals recklessly with finances and lands up in trouble again n again.Her last boyfriend made her take a personal loan of a big amount and ran away which she will keep repaying for 2 more years from her salary , she also has a 50% pay cut due to lock down ;,some of his previous partners have dragged her name also in a false police case,she wants to get married and have a nice life but has not been possible so far for these reasons.She wants to be rich,spends mindlessly on unnecessary things even by borrowing,keeps putting on weight but is very attractive.She says her head messes up with her,so she feels very low on some days .Has mood swings.Please guide.

When I was staying in hostel room at one night I don't know what happen next morning my roommate showed me a photo on that photo my hands are inside my pants I don't know how it happened he fought with me saying that why are you mastubrating Infront of us still I can't even completing college I'cant overcome this tought I feel my self as a pervert I have mastubrated publicly now if you are reading this post just say wether iam a good person or pervert

For over a year I am suffering from Achilles tendon suggest me medication for this problem thank you

I don't know my mother tongue much..so when I go to social placs I feel awkward sometimes cos people taunts me ..is it shameful to not being fluent in own mt...should I ignore them at all

I used to drink 5 drink whisky daily since 5 years,now i quit alcohol suddenly..but i feel continues headache..what i do.
