I have a strange and weird problem which I causing tremendous stress anxiety and panic all the time. As in this digital age, we tend to use mobile phone for work and any social activity. Whenever I use my mobile in my right hand I have a sense of impending doom, with panic and lightheadedness nausea, anxiety and tightness in my right eye , right head, right back neck, right side chest and stomach both feel so tight and difficult to find breathing and I get dizzy and lightheaded and I start panicking. But as soon as I switch using my mobile from my right hand to left hand all the feelings of panic, anxiety and tightness symptoms which I had on the right side of my body return back to normal.. It doesn't happen when I use the mobile on my left side.. Iam a lot better using on my left side.What could be the reason.. Pls help me with this issue as I'm a right hand mobile user and I want to use mobile in my right hand all the and this problem is causing real distress in my day to day life

I feel low most of the time and panic ever often. My hear best grows faster is such situation. My concentration power is also very low.

Glad to be here im passing some tuff time, i was depressed almost 6months from now . I go for doctor and he give me to use duloxitine . But i not use that drug . Im bit scared for those antidepresents. I was not use any drug for my depression. Im still feel nothing just anxiety and no happy feeling or any motivation . Can i know is those medicatuon essential for cure this.and i need to know is there any danger of those SNRI s.

My mind is always stay confuse,like it is blocked I couldnt remember anything well enough as I used to do.nothing I find great to do in my life,nothing can make me happy.why it is happening to me.

Myself 36 yrs old,i hve strange delay in thinking patterns like when i was 20 years old i use to have thinking of an 15 year old ,the brain thinking and maturity level was not enough of a required age..my parents also dont help or counsel someone,they didnt guide me properly,once i felt i am having mood disorsder highs and lows,but it was not diagnosed properly.2 years ago i started having anxiety disorder and my whole day to day thinking pattern has changed,still today i feel i used to have thinking pattern and maturity level of a 30 yr old person,i missed important things at that required age,ssri and snri drugs cant tolerate them,so i have started auyervedic drugs for brain anxiety.can somebody help whats all these?

Hello! My mother has been suffering from sudden mild memory loss problem. It is being 10-15 days, she is behaving very strange. She is forgetting things happened before 10-15 minutes. I don't know what is running in her mind. Day by day it is getting more severe. If there's anyone who can help her out in her problem by councelling and other medications then please help me... Dear sir/mam i have social phobia issue sins i was 4-5 years old but day by day it increasing and now i m not able to talk in social gathering and my hand tremors and face expression get out of control please help me. when i go to get a cup of tea and then  my hand tremors is getting Higher level.if i am alone then symptoms is more less or many time do not observed symptoms.

Hi, I find it difficult to concentrate on work and sleep proper. I dnt over eat or under eat. And I have good bowel movements.

Can I regain the normal skin color? Right now, m taking clonazepam .25 Had lost some close one then no one in family understanding me so I got this issue
