Mood disorder
Some the time, I am facing shortness of breath when I have more tasks to do. I am not able stop the continuous throughts which is flowing continuesly.

There are different types of therapy and some of them like Cognitive Behavioural Therapy have been known to be successful in managing mood disorders effectively.However there are also certain things you could do alongside therapy to manage your mood disorders: Practise grounding techniques: One of the easiest and most effective things to do is to identify 5 things you can see, touch, smell, feel and taste. This will help you focus on the present and improve your mood. Visualise yourself in your safe space- Visualising yourself in a place where you feel safe will automatically calm you down and help you manage your anxiety better and calm you down and probably even leave you feeling a lot more positive. Practise mindfulness and meditation- Even ten to fifteen minutes of practising mindfulness a day is said to have had amazing results. The positive effects of mindfulness are truly underrated, so search for a simple mindfulness technique for improving mood on youtube and try it out! You will see how effective it is for yourself! Sleep during the same time every day and also make sure that you get eight hours of sleep a day. Invest more time in your hobbies and interests. Spending more time doing things you love will also help to improve your mood to a great extent. Reach out to your loved ones and talk to them about your concern Hope this answers your question! Dear there are some biochemical in balance in your brain you have little anxiety when you go for task then your anxiety increases so you are at first stage of anxiety disorder so consult a psychiatrist for reduction of anxiety and consult a psychologist to learn the technique how naturally we can reduce anxiety...............

Goodday Friend, Pls be aware that  our body and mind are very closely interconnected.  Means, any emotional disturbance like overthinking , anxiety or depression or stress will influence and affect your body's normal functioning. It may result in symptoms like lack of energy,  short breath, sleeplessness, headache, panic attacks, body pain, constipation and many more. Its important to address the root cause with a holistic approach than just treating the symptoms. If you notice the root cause here is  your "thought". I.e your overthinking or overwhelming  or negative thoughts about your personal life or professional issues leading into negativity or fear or insecurity !!! Be positive. Hi, to treat shortness of breath consult a doctor. To help with extreme anxiety you can consult a Counselor. Counseling sessions will help. I understand you want to reach out to someone who will help you overcome extreme anxiety and get rid of continuous thoughts. You don’t have to feel lonely and helpless Counseling sessions will help.
