I am facing issue some time during sleeping time in night (as I had suffered with positional vertigo in Oct 2018 which became ok as I did 3 months continue course and It's never repeated) before that positional vertigo incident i had never faced such type of feeling but after positional vertigo attack still same day I remember that vertigo moments during the sleeping time in the night, as i feel that moment my sleep goes away and feeling like anxiety and my heart beat start coming to my ear and head.
And I used cool hair oil some kind of headache blam to get sleep.
Please help me how can I come over it.
