Mood disorders
First I would like to get u Know with the situation I am dealing with which is constant pressure each day. Most of the time that I am awake I have to study because I need to get the exam cracked by this year, like I cannot take rest or go out with friends or disrupt my routine in any way. I have been turning down friends and other people I dont talk to anybody anymore and I dont want to either as I find them very meaningless people.I have been living this way for now atleast 3 years.           My boyfriend is usually busy yes I seek for him but when he cannot give me time I have mood disorders as I have been with him in a long distance since 8 years which I cannot deal with anymore. This is when I am overburdened with the thoughts of failure or remaining broke etc. The fear and the pressure and on top of that not getting a good environment at home adds to all of it. I am fine in a moment and dire in another. At times I have anxiety that makes me shiver badly.

Dear human, thank you for reaching out and sharing your concern. When emotions are intense they can be scary and intimidating. With so many things on your plate its understandable that you feel the anxiety you do. While for some people it's important to achieve success in life, it is equally important to maintain a balance. Anxiety and mood swings are commonly associated with fear, burnout, depression, self-doubts, traumatic events, stress itself, etc. Here are a few tips that might help you cope better- 1. Keep a journal handy and put your thoughts down as is, whenever you are in the midst of such thoughts. 2  Exercising is a great aide in keeping yourself from engaging in troublesome thoughts. You don’t have to per se join a gym if you don’t want to but light stretches, some breathing exercises would do the job too. 3. Eat good food, whatever seems to pleasure you. At this point, it’s important that you take care of your basic needs first and eventually proceed to other 4. self-care exercises. 4. Keep a check on the number of hours you can sleep and sleep for at least 5-6 hours if not more. 5. Seek therapy, because it helps you to deal with your concerns, identify the source for your concerns and unravel the thought patterns related to it and learn how to manage with it efficiently. As there isn’t sufficient information here to identify any thinking patterns, we could get on a session and discuss further.

I see all those are similar to that.. I coukd see lack of Clarity too due to the doubts and comparisons you have about yourself..

Dear Young girl, Nobody treated you like a young girl. Which is the reality. You can do that to yourself. If the world wasn't kind with you till now, that is no reason that you shouldn't be kind with yourself. Have courage to walk away when the situation is over powering you. Example. If the house environment gets stressful. Excuse yourself and be with yourself.  Go for a walk. Trust me it's OK to create boundary between you and anything that hurts you. And every night tell yourself that you just have to give your best. That's it. And i don't have to prove myself not even to your own self. You sound like a caring and considerate girl. Be that girl for yourself for atleast 2 years. Become your best frd. You won't be lonely ever.
Next Steps
watch atleast 3 movies every week. you are young.  you are supposed to make mistakes and have fun. Don't close yourself. Be brave (which you are ). be vulnerable (in front of yourself)...
Health Tips
you got this..  All the best for exam.
