Hi Since when have you been having heavy menstrual bleeding? You can consult a gynecologist to determine the cause of heavy bleeding. You can consult a psychologist and explain about tiredness , mood swings, and lack of concentration. Do not worry with counseling sessions you will feel better.

There are many steps that need to be followed: Eat healthy and tasty food. tasty food uplifts your mood Do exercise. Doing heavy exercises releave one of aggression (for some time). When upset, try not to speak to others until or unless you know how to suppress your feeling Keep telling your self that you are happy and dont even think about mood swing. Because the more you think about it, more you'll enforce this belief in you memory And if nothing else helps... A month into the wild is the final resort... If your menstruation is irregular/ excessive heavy or discomforting - please contact a gynaecologist for a thorough checkup and suggestions. For your mental and emotional health concerns- try exploring the following - Is there a recent change in your life that is disturbing you? Or a change in routine? Is something new coming up in the future? Are you stressed about something / someone / some situation in specific? For how long has this been happening? Are you able to move your body (yoga or walk or exercise) enough? Are your relationships getting impacted? Counseling / psychotherapy sessions with a psychologist can help you understand yourself better and develop personalised coping strategies so that you can take care of yourself. Meanwhile, feel free to try guided meditation videos to take care of your stress. You can also include body stretching in your routine. In case things get harder, take help from a trusted adult. Hi... Please consult a Gynaecologist first. Your symptoms appear similar to PCOS but a medical diagnosis is necessary. Psychosocial factors may also be playing a role. You can seek counselling/psychotherapy for the same.
