Overthinking connection to depression
I am a working professional and recently after marriage after almost 2 years had my SIL visit to our place and was here for a few months but had a lot of stress conditions due to that. I had my work stress plus issues related to SIL in family..now she's gone but i am feeling a lot stressed out still and I am not able to concentrate properly in my job too..I feel sad all the time..even with my husband I feel like I'm trying to get distant becoming cranky a lot of times..also i have developed a skin problem on face like eczema recently because of which I don't know I used to feel very good before but now I am feeling like I don't feel beautiful enough..I am feeling maybe all mixed together I am just feeling sad all the time and even when I want to laugh I can't and I am feeling like crying..Also I have PCOS problem and this month I didn't get my period too..Can someone help by giving at-least a small advice..Also since the visit I have become a over thinker in everything which I wasn't..

I am angry and lost
Right now i have alot of anger towards my life and myself. I want to hit something or ran far away from all these to a place where noone can reach me for sometime. I want to live alone and wander. I am trying things to change but my mind is not changing, my mindset is still negative. I have no confidence. Every work seems like a burden to me. I do not like and not really enjoyed my work for a single second. Till today i never enjoyed anything in real. Like i am just living but never bothered about what i like what i love. I do not even love myself. I am becoming 28 years old soon. I have not slept properly from a long time. I sleep but whenever i woke up i feel tired always. I am not active in life. I feel suppression on myself of others. Like my boss i have so much work and responsibilities that i can not take leave for myself. In last 6 years i have not gone on any travel vacation. After the lockdown lifted i have not taken any leave rather than just 2-3 leaves when i was sick.
