Hallo My mom is psychiatry patient and Her Treatment with Aiims delhi Now pandemic time that's why OPD is closed and Dr will consult on telly and they repeat the prescription and now she feel more anxiety she wants to cry and sometimes she's crying crying and crying and she can't understand and anywhere anybody in family and what we do seriously it's a very difficult time for us because there it's a totally pandemic time and where we go I can't do that something please suggest me any tablet or medicine for anxiety and crying do we need counselling or not

Last year same month ..I started having constant anxiety ... throughout the year it troubled me and gave me physical pain as well in the form of compressed nerves in neck that resulted in left arm ache from neck to fingers , with physiotherapy my neck strength and arm Strength is now 80% restored. Now my anxiety is coming back again in this constant lockdown. I'm experiencing heavy anxiety since 5-6 days. I'm worried that I don't wanna go to that severe condition again.please suggest physical and mental advices. I won't prefer taking medicines as I'm taking acne medications already.

Currently I am having anxiety these days and taking anxiety pills as prescribed by doctor. Is it alright to take covishield now.

My sister has recently recovered from mild Covid.She still faces high pulse rate (104-105 BPM) many times a day,is an overthinker.She is shaken from within.many a times while doing something she is mentally somewhere else,gets stressed from all the negative news going around.Feels lack of enthusiasm too.What to do ?

My husband is not able to sleep whole night although feeling sleepy Whenever he tries to sleep , he feels like he wants to pee. Every 5 min he used to go to washroom to pee for the whole night

Hi , I am 34 yrs married. My mom is no more . My dad is a Diabetic and heart patient . I have a elder sister she is also Diabetic . Both of them are very cool and careless when it comes to taking care of health. They eat what c they want . Though my dad is a heart patient his lifestyle has not changed. He Keeps roaming and he eats what c ever he want. He recently got covid becoz he went to hotel. I get worried becoz i will be left with no one and be strict to them. But they are not liking my attitude . They are expecting me to be cool. How to handle this situation.

Since 2 of covid 19, I have not been any contact of any covid patient and staying home maintaining all precautions. But still I get concious of getting infected unnecessarily, because of this not able concentrate on office work, sleepless nights, panicking, feeling of chest tightness and stomach bloating. Kindly help.
