Hi..I am feeling really anxious about the pandemic. I am all the time thinking about the increasing numbers and cases and if me and family will get affected. And this is kind of preventing me from doing my work and I am unable to engage in anything that I used to enjoy previously.

Hello doctor,
My mother is in the hospital suffering from corona. Doctor says infection level is very high in her chest. I can't meet her can't see for next six days. On the other hand I am very very worried for her. I can't sleep, can't eat and can't concentrate on my day to day activities. All the time I am thinking if she will get well soon or not. Doctor I love her so much and I can't imagine myself to be alive without her. I am very very depressed for her. I don't know what to do. Please doctor help me...

Obsessive overthinking
Hello,
I've been obsessively overthinking for the past one year. It has increased a lot especially in the last 4 months. This has led to me pondering over minor problems for days, feeling out of control.
I end up imagining worse case scenarios, which only make me more anxious.
I am unable to stop obsessing over something, unless I find something else to overthink about.
Ive become socially exhausted, I spend too much time alone, spontaneously crying or feeling low. But my mood is good when something good happens around me.
I'm unable to focus on any other activity or hobbies, and only binge watch shows to stay distracted. I am also unable to sleep on time.
I have been unable to visit a therapist because of lockdowns and my parents are not very eager about me seeing a therapist.
Are there any excercises I could do, toh reduce my obsessive overthinking and lower my anxiety and panic?

Feeling of Getting Dying
From the last 2-3 days i am feeling discomfortness in body. Feeling that body is not doing good. I am having a feeling of fear that something wrong will happen with me. Loosing control over me, feeling of getting dying, and feeling of getting faint. And i am constipated from 3 days. Please guide me in this regard.

2. How much do you earn monthly?
3. Is pschology difficult?
4. Do you enjoy or find it interesting to deal with patients or perform psychotherapy?

Panic attcks
How to cop with anxiety as it cause several physical issues... Feeling numbness in head , breathlessness, fear ,fast heart rate , cool air surrounds , a weird current pass throughout body, and now more importantly feeling a weird heavy numb head on regular bases ,and a weird numbness is striking near ears .
Any physical activity to suggest ? Or how to divert myself ? How to overcome anxiety because now it's making me to feel previous things and scenarios . When you overthink you think but i m feeling things not just thinking about them.
