Loss of Father
She lost her father 2 weeks ago to Covid. She is unable to open up about it and is facing anxiety problems. Maybe she needs someone who can hear her out and help her to handle her overthinking and stress due to the trauma and flashbacks.

Hi, I understand it can be tough for her to cope with the loss of her father. She will need time and space to grieve. Do not worry about her not opening up. Each person has their own way in dealing with grief. If she is feeling anxious and upset consult a psychologist.
Next Steps
Consult a psychologist.

Her response is normal. Please don’t think there’s anything wrong. People deal with grief in many ways. Some deny what happened, others seem to move on too quickly. There’s no right way to deal with grief. It’s okay for her to be reserved and unwilling to talk at the moment. There’s nothing wrong with her. In case you feel that she isn’t doing well, please do seek help.

She needs grieving process. At this moment family members are of great importance. If she doesn't come out that shock then she needs psychological help. Normal grieving process which is prevalent in society normally works with many.

I am so sorry for her loss. I can understand it's very painful to lose someone. She definitely needs someone to hear her out and needs to process her grief as well. I can help her out to deal with these issues which she is going through. She can book my session from practo or can take help from another psychologist upto her but she definitely needs help and support. May god bless her.
